For 3 weeks my packages are being delivered somewhere else! I have called multiple times to confirm my address for all 3 packages and FedEx is modifying the label with an address that isn’t associated with my name nor is the address listed on the original label on the package. I can’t get help with customer service and haven’t heard anything back from my package delivered on 13/04/25 to the wrong address. Terrible business terrible customer service, the delivery drivers don’t even care to read the package

I put that i required a signature on a package just to receive this package 📦 unknowingly getting left outside so I call and ask what the signature is for the package and she says my name 🙄🙄 like lady this is literally forgery. I want to know who signed my name and just left a expensive package outside she wouldn't tell me but my camera caught him just leaving it right by the door didnt even knock yet my names signed?? Shows u getting back in the vehicle after. This isnt okay!!

No point in calling this place. Their automated phone service just keeps going in loops. FedEx now on 5 straight occasions leaves my packages at my neighbors house. To make matters worse, they don’t bother to go to the house itself, FedEx just leaves the packages by the road. Nice…. No point in calling to fix it since you can’t talk to anyone.

Delivered my package to the wrong house, reported it and the “did an investigation” and said it was delivered to the correct address, this was 1 of 2 packages, the first one delivered made it to our house and the picture shows my house but the other one is a house that doesn’t even look like my house, not even on my street.

They are always late. They never deliver when they say. They deliver the next day or the day after

These people are just terrible. I had made so many complaints and nothing is fixed. I do believe that they delivered my package to the wrong address on purpose. Everytime I see that it is deliver from Sherman, I don't receive my package and my address is so easy to find. Terrible job this place is doing. Very unprofessional! They don't even deserve that one star.

The Fed Ex driver out of Sherman Texas CONTINUALLY throws our pkgs over the fence!!!!! I’ve called and complained 3 times and it continues to happen. I will be calling BBB.

These delivery drivers are lazy, and have been for some time. Last few deliveries have been left at the end of the driveway, along a busy Farm to Market road in full view of traffic, just inviting theft. There is no reason the driver cannot come up the drive and leave the package on the porch. Delivery prior to this was left the same way but I personally observed the driver throw the package in the grass and never leave his truck. Completely unacceptable. Complained each time this is done but it continues. DO BETTER FED EX!!!

Their website is no good. I couldn't request a password change cuz i forgot mine. Wouldn't send code via text, phone or email. It took me around in circles. My username was correct but that's about all I could do. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

They keep delivering to the wrong address, and I've called multiple times. Customer service is the worst, and packages still delivered to the wrong address. If you have a choice, then send UPS

You have to push a button to call for help if you are dropping a prelabeled package. There is a locked entrance from the parking lot. It was a quick process!!
