This bank will literally charge you for being poor. I lost my job and my house so my funds have been low recently. They charged me a $12 “monthly maintenance fee” which put my account into negative $11.37 because I didn’t make a certain amount of debit card purchases last month and didn’t have a Daily balance of $250. Absolutely ridiculous. So because I’m poor I have to pay a fee that I can’t even afford. Closing my account asap.

Their app is absolute trash, the app randomly all day long will not load your balances in the quick view or when you fully sign in. It's just very very convenient when you're having an emergency and can't check how much is in your bank account.

Do not bank with 1st convenience. I deposited over $1k to open an account. I spent $94.29 then the next day my account was negative $94.29... I verified my available funds before I used my card and had plenty to cover the shopping I did. They decided to put a hold on my deposit after making it available. As soon as they release my money I'm closing my account

Your policy of not notarizing documents for anyone that does not have a bank account should be removed. Your Greenville location was less than empathetic and in no way shape or form did that interaction incline me to ever bank with any of these branches. Now, because of that interaction I will ensure that anyone that I know who banks here will be enlightened on the impersonal attitude of the employees but also policies. Go to any other than them.

Just recently opened this account. Have had nothing but problems with card and Customer service is unreliable . Also can not talk to any one till 10 am . IF ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY THING ITS HARD TO TAKE CARE OF FOR PEOPLE WHO WORK OVER NIGHT AND CAN NOT FIX ISSUES UNTIL 10 AM AFTER BEING UP ALL NIGHT FROM WORKING. REGRET OPENING A ACCOUNT with them. Will be closing this account soon to go to another bank thsts conveniently open earlier in the morning.

I use First Convenience Bank in Walmart and I think that all the employees are lazy why would you open at 10:00 people have to work and some don't get off until they close you would think they'd open when Walmart opened they have bad service I've had them for 2 years and have never tried to use my overdraft and the days I needed it for bills I didn't have it it won't let me and it still hasn't let me use it one of these days I'm going to switch Banks because I can't deal with this Bank no more too many screw-ups I've been hacked they think they can just touch your money whenever no matter what account you have and I will not put up with that so yes they barely deserve one star the only person I ever liked in that bank that did me right was Frankie quit probably because they suck so hopefully she's at a better place

I am very happy with First Convenience Bank. 1) it's conveniently located inside the Walmart building and 2) the bank employees are always attentive, courteous and efficient. I bought a huge supply of checks, so I plan to continue my association with FCB for a long time!

I’ve banked with for about 6 years some of the problems I’ve had were the employee turn over you don’t get time to know who you are dealing with nor them getting to know you I know that there if age but there maturity level wasn’t very high it was like dealing with a lot of kids.

The staff have always been so helpful and courteous to me. They have been friendly and done everything they could to help me understand things I needed to know since the passing of my husband. I’d sing their praises and recommend to everyone.
