Plan on at least 30 Minutes to get through the drive-thru at their Taylor location. I have waited as long as an hour with one car in front of me. Their lobby is not much faster.

Would give zero stars if possible. I have banked here for a little over a year and the processing is always slow. Drive thru is always slow. Customer service has always been okay never exceptional. I have been okay staying here until the first of November 2023 when I was told I couldn’t cash my check at the Taylor st drive thru. I understand you can sometimes be denied for abnormal circumstances but I have never cashed a hot check in my life. None of my accounts were overdrawn, neither do I have a history of keeping my accounts overdrawn. It was a check from a family member; might I add I have cashed the same exact check ( same person same $ amount) at the Taylor st location many times before with no issues until November first when the overweight woman in a blue shirt with her hair in a sloppy bun decided to seemingly discriminate against me because I didn’t want to deposit my check but cash it. Saying I would be liable if the check bounced. I say discriminate because that’s exactly what it was. Refusal based on age and financial status when I’m not applying for a line of credit is discrimination. I called the Taylor street location immediately after being denied only to be further discriminated against on the phone. The girl who answered lied and said I called corporate and there was no manager for me to speak to. I am smart enough to know what number I looked up and called into. So I will no longer be banking here and will never recommend this place to anyone. I still have half a mind to report them to the BBB for lying to me and refusing to let me speak to a manager and file my complaint. I also want to note that even though I didn’t want to I did remain calm and kind and was still met with incompetence.

Our company had a meeting at this location in the conference room. Sweet staff, all the doors lock you in. I think for the safety of the staff it's a requirement and a good thing.

The pros:*They have many locations.The cons:* They closed the only location in north Sherman.*This location has one commercial window.*The night drop box is consistently broke. They don’t realize this until a customer calls to complain…box is not fixed in a timely manner.*The commercial lane is nightmarishly slow.*When placing a change order, it is sometimes fulfilled…sometimes not.*Money is given to the customer unorganized.

Super slow service always , inside and on drive through, expect at least 30-45 min wait to do anything , worst bank in Sherman , have not closed my account only because I don’t want to wait to do so .

This bank has a great drive-thru team!!! (I don't go inside much, so I can't speak for them except to say the few times I have gone inside, they were very helpful too.) I would not have said this a few years ago, so I really appreciate the group they have now! Always nice, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait a little, but the respect and customer service you receive make it worth it. :) I highly recommend this bank!

I came to this bank more than a month ago looking for a notary to sign some documents, the original documents are from my country of origin in another language, the notary who attended me at that moment told me that she did not know what it said, that I needed to translate them And so I did, when I could I translated them and I came back today, Erica Tinarejo notary attended me and she seemed to have the best intentions to help me, but she had doubts and looked for the manager (the same person who attended me more than a month ago) According to The manager cannot sign that document for me despite the fact that I translated it and that she told me to do that herself, because in the translation I wrote the name of the register that was in the original, that is, I translated them as they are in the originals, the manager said i don’t know who is this person, she is no here, are you serious?? i translated those documents, look is the same name than the original,If she wasn't going to help me so rude because it's obvious she's racist, why did she make me translate those documents wasting my time? My cousin did it herself and the notary had no problem signing it, the notaries in this bank are earning their money without doing anything, in short, I was going to bring a cousin to get a bank account and I already have the worst experience so they lose two more customers. The man in the lobby was really nice!

The manager was very rude! And pretty much talked down to me! Wouldn’t let me open an account even if I paid the charge off! Even though I had more than enough money too.. said I formed a bad relationship with and it’s their right to not do business with me? It was when it was Bank of America and I was 18! But I was trying to make it right and she still wouldn’t allow me to! I recommend Woodforest ☺️ Got my check cashed and opened a savings and quick with NO PROBLEMS! And they talked to me like a person!
