I was here a little less than 2 years. In that time they raised the price on me 4 times. They kept adding back the insurance that should have been waived since I have home owners insurance that covers storage units. The gate was constantly open and broken and at one point a homeless person was living in the hallway of the units since I found his food and cigarette butts. I am down the street and much happier with my new place.

Laura had me at hello! Plus the more she talked,the more I was convinced this was the place I wanted to do business with! Then when I talked to Janeen—she was like icing on the cake!
Janeen & Laura go over and beyond to make sure that you feel well taken care of. Laura is very knowledgeable, as well as personable. Janeen is extremely thoughtful and accommodating. She is also constantly making sure that the storage facility is safe and

This 5-star review is well deserved! FreeUp Storage in Sherman, TX, is one of the newest, nicest, and most well-maintained locations you could experience. You will not regret renting here. The best part is the manager, Janine! She is one of the friendliest and most professional managers I have ever encountered. It's an absolute pleasure to work with her, and she is always available and committed to helping. FreeUp Storage is fortunate to have her as their manager; she's one of the best!

The customer service here is amazing! I was in and out within 15 mins and was able to tour the place to check out a few units. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go! They will take great care of you and provide you all the info you are looking for. They were very kind and accommodating! Go see Janeen!

I walked in to this store a complete and utter emotional wreck. We moved from 4.5 hrs away, NOTHING had been going as we had planned and it was all wearing me down. Heather and Janeen were absolutely AMAZING!! They listened to my circumstances, but even before they heard it all, they assured me that they would be able to help me. They were professional, friendly, compassionate and they genuinely LISTENED. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP ME. When we got back with both of the uhauls, they came to check on my family and I and made sure we knew they had cold waters if we needed a drink. I would recommend this business and these Ladies to any one looking. THEY WERE A BLESSING.

I just want to tell everyone what a nice, clean facility this is. Very secure and safe with lots of cameras. Also, Heather and Janeen are the nicest ladies, always going out of their way to bring water when I'm out working in my storage and making sure my property is safe and secure. This is the nicest storage facility I have ever used and I highly recommend it to everyone.

i came in same day, and got a unit. they had a special going on out of all of Sherman, which is perfect and why i chose to store my items here. there are cameras all around the area. when u go you can check the units out, i toured the inside, and outside units. Jennifer and Heather were a big support in making my decision with explaining the price break downs of everything and time lines. i'm moving so I just need it for a short period. it's good
