Most of the time customer service at this location are ok but today not so much trying to get some customer service help was almost impossible. I asked an employee for some assistance there were 3 of them standing just talking to each other. One of them said I'll call someone to help you. Which I asked what about one of you? They just looked confused. I also was looking for some salt just in case when our temps fall into the lower 30 and upper 20 and we get rain. When the employee said it is too warm for that to be an issue I said today yes but in two days there will be an issue. Each employee I talked to acted like I was bothering them.

July 4, Cade Garcia came to meet my husband and I about remodeling our bathroom. We talked, Cade looked, measured, talked, promised, smiled, enjoyed refreshments we offered.Quoted a 3 or 4 day turnaround, once materials are ready. Gave us his number if any questions, concerns anything at all just text him. We were given a sort of time frame to expect. Materials will be ordered, measured, cut, delivered and ready to install. Stephen Kallas called a couple weeks later said he was project manager, he would be by tomorrow to look at bathroom and remeasure just to double check salesmans measurements. Stephen Kallas said this is his number, call, text reach out anytime. He would let me know when they would be ready to start. Stephen Kallas called couple of weeks later,everything is delivered and ready. We will start August 1st! We were so excited! We are a family of 3, son works nights and I work days. I went to check in to a hotel for 3 nights. Tues morning Aug 1, my son went to room and went to bed to sleep for work that night. I pulled into work, my phone rang. Stephen Kallas called to say his crew would not be there today, they had truck problems. They will start tomorrow. I told him I just checked into hotel for the week and now just wasted a night. Stephen Kallas said not to worry about it, he would take care of extra night. Wed Aug 2, my husband got up early to wait on crew. Another text, crew is on way. Then phone call, they have been sitting in traffic for over an hour. The crew, 2 guys, showed up almost noon and gone before 4:00. They worked maybe 6 hours,installed bathtub, filled with water. Do not drain the water, city inspector will come inspect. Call as soon as he's here. We will head back to work. City inspector did not show Friday. Mon Aug 7, Matt and helper (the crew) showed, inspector showed, 3 minutes later signed off. Crew worked 7 hours. I texted Stephen Kallas, he assured me he would take care of hotel, again. Talked to Stephen Kallas concerning project not moving, he would send his partner to check. Tue Aug 8, crew worked some, Rodney showed up, talked to my husband and asked for a few minutes and privately talked with Matt Adams about 30 minutes and went back to the truck and talked on phone albout 40 minutes, little later crew got a phone call, they had to leave my job and finish up another job so that they can get paid and we have a funeral tomorrow til about noon. Wed Aug 9, yep,no show. More unanswered calls and texts to Stephen Kallas. 1:29pm, I sent text to Stephen Kallas, "leave early, funeral, traffic, leave early to do another job." I do not understand this business tactic. Statewide Remodeling sold me a bathroom remodel down to the penny, warrantied my lifetime and even my kids lifetime. I'm not sure of your expectations but I believe mine must be of a higher standard. I did not understand that the 3 to 4 day time frame was all the small working hours piece mealed together. Nothing. 3:51pm text Stephen Kallas, Have you located your crew? They removed the toilet yesterday and I'm still waiting on someone to show up that will actually work. 4:15 text from Stephen Kallas "will be installed tomorrow ". I texted Stephen Kallas from time appointment was set until "contract signed ", phones/texts answered immediately. I had to a question for Cade Garcia, texted and called him several days, no answer. Once crew started, calls and texts went unanswered for hours. Something got Stephen Kallas attention. Text Thur morn Aug 10. "Yes,Rodney and I want that for you that is our number one goal. Things can and do go wrong with remodeling. We,Statewide Remodeling are committed to completion and customer satisfaction ". Fri Aug 11 Stephen Kallas texts, "Crew stuck in traffic-Be there by 10. " I texted Stephen Kallas, "gonna be a long day, will be finished today-tomorrow is our granddaughter birthday party here." They worked til 7pm, said done. I had to sign paper so he could get paid. Last I heard- 18k remodel DO NOT DO IT!! UNUSABLE Bat

Rented a dirty trencher. Wanted a big one but took the biggest one they had. After an 45 minutes I only had 30 ft done. Took it to car was and cleaned it. Asked to see the manager to get my money back. I explained I wanted a bigger trencher but they cannot fix their bigger trenchers. I wanted my money back. She talked to some smart ass Fred's monkey and he told her to give me half my money back. She left without talking to me. I asked the grease monkey what happened he said I will get half back there is nothing wrong with the trencher. I said that's bs I wanted a bigger trencher. I as I was at the front door he taunted by saying have a nice day! Don't know why a grease monkey can make decisions.

My Mom ordered and they delivered and installed a new dishwasher. First time she ran it, it started leaking everywhere! They won't even come out to fix it till 4 days later. Don't they test appliances before leaving? Seems like a no-brainer to me...

Went to my local Home Depot in Sherman TX, yesterday - the Garden Center was a disaster! Two thirds of the outdoor plants were dead! There were 3 people in orange aprons just standing around, talking and laughing. I told them about all the dead plants, and one of them said, "We water twice a day!" It was 7pm. I guess they only watered some of the plants... I felt the soil on several- dry as a bone! And, unlike Lowe's, who sells Clearance Plants, these idiots throw them out! Smh! Lowe's will get all our business from now on - also wood & hardware, etc.?

1 star is too many.Years ago,I paid for afew deliveries I never received.I bought afew thousand dollars worth and asked them to deliver it,then went back and bought more and asked them to deliver it.I received nothing.Also, they gave me a hard time using the credit card.I now hate Home Depot.

They have always been very helpful, and accommodating, but the latest was over the top, good. I have been having problems with the sewer draining for over half a year. Their advice, and the rental of their equipment, has made for a very nice Christmas for me, and many others. The problem was almost assured to be in the City sewer system, but getting them to fix it, proved to be impossible. The drain snake was over the top heavy duty, but they thru in work gloves, which I would not have had otherwise. They proved to be a tremendous blessing when I got my fingers, particularly my pinkie, tied up in the extremely strong, steel cable. This not only fixed my problems, but the stench that was coming from the sewer, down the street. So, it was a tremendously good day for a lot of people! Thanks to Home Depot!

We took some items back to get a refund , the guy ranged up things so fast that after we got home , we found out the bathroom sink handles was not on the list . They told us today to come back with receipt and they check it out . Well looks like really we out over $60 .00 . Check your receipts better people!

The new load out area outside lumber is a disaster! No one should be allowed to park under there. There were some very angry people trying to get loaded up. Angry people trapped in their parking spot. Angry people waiting to pull through. CHANGE IT BACK.

I purchased a John Deere lawn tractor and they said they could deliver it the sixteenth of April and after waiting all day at home for the delivery I called them and they said they had a driver quit so they could not deliver it, so why did they not call me. They said they could deliver it on the 30th and I said I need it sooner so could I get one of there trucks to bring it home and they said there truck is broken. WTF

Every time I come here it gets worse and worse. I wish it was like the Home Depot back where we used to live. Customer service is horrible. I buy garden items between 7-8 every single time I come here. They never have the garden doors open. I waited today for 30 minutes. And literally was told the manager doesn't open it until 8. But you've been open for 2 hours!!! And your employee just sits in a booth! Anyways you can see by my time stamp, when she said, the manager doesn't open the door until 8, it's obviously 8:35. Heading to Lowe's.

The tool rental at the Sherman TX store is a joke. I rented a trencher there. Drove an hour round trip to get it. Noticed the chain was loose but the employee said it was serviced and good to go. Got it home & trenched maybe ten feet before the chain jumped the track. Store manager acted like he was doing me a great favor to refund my money. Wasted all morning and a quarter tank of diesel. How about making sure your machines are in working condition before sending them out. While I was there, I helped three customers select the right equipment for their jobs after the clueless employees couldn't answer their questions. One told me HD should hire me as their rental manager. I told him that wouldn't work because I'd fire every employee and start from scratch.
