They’re located in Sherman And the address I wanted to see if they service is literally like 3 miles away from them but they do not provide service here why say you covered area that you don’t cover very unprofessional and very misleading

No service available to apartments, despite the majority of homes in my service area being apartment-based. Of the three options in the area, none are able to help me get hooked up for work-from-home during the pandemic. Pointless.

Called to inquire about their internet services. I was told that not only do they not service my area, but they only service a small section off of 1417. Why would you advertise your service to an area that is not covered?

Called in and spoke with a tech, determined it was a router issue. Derek came and assisted me with my DSL issue promptly and professionally. Great company! Always fair and upfront! Good service for a decent price.
