Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is a mission-driven organization that aims to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages through education, training, and gainful employment. For every dollar generated, 86 cents goes back into their mission, while the remaining 14 cents covers payroll, insurance, and daily operations. The stores are well-stocked, offering a variety of household items and clothing at reasonable prices. Customers have found helpful and friendly staff, such as Brie and Dwight, who assisted them during their visits. While some customers feel the prices are slightly higher than expected for second-hand items, the stores provide employment opportunities for those who may not have other options in the local area.
It was just a typical Goodwill store. It was clean and the store was organized pretty good.

Pretty clean and well organized store. Prices on things aren't very consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes the signs above the aisles don't match what merchandise is on the aisle
