I chose this location to repair my Mercedes Benz after an accident and they did not disappoint! Top tier customer service, great communication, and amazing work. My vehicle was in good hands and I trusted them even though my repairs took a while. Not by any fault of theirs. John met me to give me my garage door opener that I left in my vehicle, and another gentleman gave me a ride to enterprise. They went above and beyond. I’ll refer everyone to them!

John was great to work with! He was friendly, informative, and patient. They even were kind enough to drive me to pick up my rental vehicle the day I dropped off my car. Then once they were able to start working on my car John called me and kept me up to date on everything. They even finished earlier than expected!

I want to thank John and his team of guys. I had I small mishap and messed my saddle bag up. Dropped it off and John had it fixed in one day. It looks fantastic just like new. I would recommend Heritage if your in need of there services.

I brought my brand new 2025 Ford F-350 to Heritage Collision Center after it was damaged, and they absolutely nailed it. The truck looks perfect — you’d never know it was ever touched. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and Thomas in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he really knows his stuff. These guys are professional, detail-oriented, and truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair or paint work done.
