The cashiers are very rude, and look miserable. If I had another hobby lobby close by I'd go there instead. I refuse to go back just because of how the cashiers are. I will shop somewhere else and pay a little more for nicer customer service.

So I went to use the bathroom. There was human waste tracked out a ways. Told who I thought was the manager and he was too busy on the cell phone to ask what I needed. Then I flagged a lady in glasses down, she acted like I was bothering her. She went into the office the manager was in and said, "there's a lady saying there's a mess by the bathroom". Lady??? I'm a dude. I have facial hair. Took them about 10 minutes to address the issue while I warned people not to walk in it.
Do better Hobby Lobby.
