The staff truly cares about and loves children. The director and the staff have open lines of communication and they take everything parents say seriously and always look into things if there is ever a concern. They always let you know what is going on with your child! They have another daycare nearby that kids go to when they get into elementary for after school care. Some of the staff has worked here for over 30 years. It’s a great place. My daughter is always talking about her friends and teachers. She loves it and my older kids loved going there too. There is a great curriculum and structure at this daycare! My 3 year old knows her abcs, can count to 20 and they have been working on writing. She loves her teachers!

I had my son here for about 6 months before he started preschool and the staff was very considerate and attentive to him and us (the parents). His teacher, Ms Ashley really accelerated his learning with colors, crafts, numbers and vocabulary. The school is very economical for what they offer and my son enjoyed his time here. My main suggestion for the facility would be to add an auto locking door for security, or to lock the doors after drop off time. Still, they do have front staff checking parents and students coming and goings . Phelma and Marla are the two directors who took a big interest in our son and we greatly appreciate all they did for our family.I would not hesitate to bring my next child here until they are eligible for preschool.

My son started going here a week ago and he loves it! I feel comfortable leaving him there knowing he is being properly taken care of! The assistant director is amazing and has helped me with this new transition! She has many years of experience in childcare and very friendly! We are loving it so far

We absolutely loved this place when it was owned by Larry. Our precious daughter has been here for almost a year and a half before they got bought out by corporate. The people who bought them are located in Garland and are no where to be found or reached. They kept the teachers thankfully cause they are amazing, but switched up a lot of rules and things that were very inconsiderate and inconsistent to the families they have had there for years. As much as we hated to do it we pulled our kid out after many dealings with them. These teachers here are the best but the company that runs it has made it drown quickly. I know they lost more kids than just ours in the following weeks after corporate started changing rules.

I stumbled upon this Daycare out of sheer desperation because our previous daycare plans fell through, and I was extremely hesitant because of the terrible rating on here. However, from the very first time I talked to the staff, they were nothing but caring and understanding and have worked with me and my family, and as a foster home that’s really hard to find.I have never once questioned the care or safety of my child in either classroom. We have two in the toddler room and one in the infant room and everyone has been above and beyond professional and caring.I also can’t help it mention that the facility is always extremely clean. My kids have never come home dirty. The floors are clean, the tables, and items that are played with are clean, and the office space is neat and tidy.We also receive our daily care sheets every day without fail, and they are always filled out extremely well with plenty of details, so that I know my kids were taking care of all day long.I’m very grateful for everyone there.

Love this daycare and faculty. I have 2 kids that go here. One an infant and the other 3 years old. My kids love going here and have built bonds with the staff. They've always been understanding with us when the kids have appointments and ect.

DO NOT ENROLL YOU KIDS IN THIS PLACE, for fear they may be neglected or become unsupervised. My grand-daughter was attending this day care until she had an issue that wasn't handled properly by the staff. There should never be a reason a teacher/ care provider from a different room come in and separate a little boy kicking and hitting on a girl. Hearing that they are just doing what kids do is just the wrong answer for me, that's an unacceptable answer (excuse). I had no issues with them until I found out one of the employees have a problem with staying awake while watching the kids.Maria was aske by my son about viewing the video and have the other parents been contacted concerning the issue. Maria basically told my son that if he don't like the way they operate, then you can take his kids out of their facility.Larry the owner seem to like the way things are ran, because there have been no actions taken by him. This is coming from an owner that runs 2 facilities, maybe he needs to read the state policies.PLEASE REVIEW: Minimum Standards for Child-Care CentersDivision 3, General Responsibilities for Child-Care Center Personnel§746.1201. What general responsibilities do my child-care center employees have?Subchapter D, PersonnelDivision 3, General Responsibilities for Child-Care Center PersonnelAll child-care center employees, including persons not counted in the child/caregiver ratio, must:High (1) Demonstrate competency, good judgment, and self-control in the presence of childrenand when performing assigned responsibilities;High (2) Relate to children with courtesy, respect, acceptance, and patience;Medium-High (3) Recognize and respect the uniqueness and potential of all children, their families, andtheir cultures;High (4) Ensure that no child is abused, neglected, or exploited while in the care of the center; andHigh (5) Report suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation to DFPS as specified in the TexasFamily Code, §261.101.I personally am staying away but have contacted with a family friend that works for Child Protective Service on what actions I can take .

Do not for any reason place your child in this daycare center. The staff fall asleep when they should be supervising your child. If your child is hurt, they will side with the staff and either threaten to throw your child out of the daycare or ask you not to bring them back if you inquire about the incident. Ms. Marla who runs the daycare and Larry who owns the daycare should be bought up on legal charges for negligence. If you value your child's health and wellbeing, do nNOT place your child in EITHER of their locations.

This daycare is a sad representation of a daycare. I have a 4 year old grandson with autism that was going to this daycare. After two + years going to this daycare and them knowing of his learning disability he was expelled from the daycare for making the teacher cry and for disrupting the entire daycare! Who in the workd lets a 4 year old take total control. This daycare is a joke they have 0 knowledge of taking care of any child with ANY type of disability. Find somewhere else to take your kids that know how to tend to any childs needs. Trust me this daycare is a joke.

I don't see why there are such negative reviews on this daycare.... I have 3 kiddos that go here and they are amazing with them!!!! They understand on days when they have appointments it's an easy pick up and drop back off. They also are fully involved with there health and try to practice having a safe place for your kids to be at while you work. I have nothing negative to say about the staff, my kids love them. My babies have been going here for almost 2 yrs and i would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and safe place for there childcare. Yall rock ?

I have ONLY ONE good to say about this establishment. There is one good teacher in the entire place (Marie, she's AMAZING!). Our 3 year old was having some issues with obedience etc. We were told by the director that they would work with us if we worked with them. They wanted us to get him tested for ADHD at 3 YEARS OLD! We took our kiddo to our pediatrician, and she told us that she couldn't do anything until he was at least 5 years old. When we told the director this, they immediately kicked him out. Without notice, no less. They did not work with us as we were promised. We did everything they asked. His new teacher (she was just hired), is way too expecting of these younger kids. They're toddlers!!! In a way I am glad they asked us not to bring him back. DO NOT bring your kids into this establishment. Find another place for your young ones!
