This was a joke!! I went to Amber yesterday to get highlights and showed her what I wanted and to get as close as possible to it. This is how my hair turned out do not let this place touch your hair. Now I have to pay even more money to have this monstrosity fixed. I feel like she didn’t really care about what I wanted and just did whatever!! What I wanted has also been added to these photos and it is no where near close.

I had an amazing experience with Janelle!! She was kind, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and wants.She even gave me a few tips on styling my hair at home.Not to mention we had a great conversation. I came in for a trim and felt like I made a new friend! Everyone was very welcoming and attentive to my needs. Best service I’ve had in while. Go check these ladies out, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience today with a cut by Phaedra. I have not had a solid haircut in a few years due to some bad experiences in the past. My hair looks amazing and she was very knowledgeable on how to treat my hair going forward. I am so thankful to have met her. She’s super kind to boot!

Amber is Amazing! I have had nothing but horrible haircuts for years. I went in without an appt. They put with Amber and what a blessing it was. She listened. She actually listened to what I wanted. Knew how to deal with natural curly hair. I love my cut and its what I have been trying to get for so long. I will only go to her from now on.

Amber Walker did AMAZING on cutting and coloring my pixie cut. I have received so many compliments about my hair. She was very thorough and walked me through the whole process of what she was doing during my appointment. Highly recommend her!

Very disappointed I went there and it took an hour for my haircut. Then got my hair colored and some of my hair isn’t even colored like one side is good but the other side isn’t correct and I spent $160 like what and so confused on why I got charger for 2 haircuts like makes no sense like I am so disappointed as this is also the first time I trusted someone with my hair and I hate how it doesn’t look right like what !!!! Never again will I get my hair done there with that service

I first starting going to see Phaedra almost 2 years ago. I never know what I want or how to get there if I do. She does a great job of giving options and exposing what that would mean price and maintenance wise. I took my daughter recently to get a Keratin treatment and a little refresh to boost her confidence. She’s so in love with her hair. Gave her confidence walking into JH that first day!!

Check their pricing carefully before you go. My mom went for a perm and they charged her for everything a la cart. I’ve never heard of charging extra for hair conditioner and a cut on top of the perm charge! No styling or anything . She was charged $185 for a perm on 2” long hair! She says it’s one of the worst perms she has had.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the general manager offered a $40 store credit after I complained. Be aware that they charge separately for EVERYTHING!

Not only do they have same-day appointments, but their pricing is AMAZING. I went to Amber and she did my hair better than any expensive salon I’ve been to in DFW/ Austin areas. I’d trust her to perform open heart surgery on me after how good she cut and colored. Amazing job, fast, and very personable. Amber brought very mellow, easygoing vibrations to the salon which made me feel safe and taken care of. She even cut a boys hair while waiting for my color to process, and the 10 year old even said he loved his new style. If you truly need to relax while getting an amazing haircut, come see Amber at JCP Salons!

LADY'S .. when I say PHAEDRA IS THE BEST!! I mean I came in with no appointment and a horrific self bleached head of hair, I just knew I was gonna be turned down and laughed out the door but instead, THE WHOLE STAFF made me feel so comfortable and so at ease and Phaedra SAVED MY HAIR and without it costing an arm and leg AND without it having to be chopped or dyed dark. This woman is a GOD SENT to hair. Literally, I feel so confident and blushing right now I can't wait to go back and see what else she has up her sleeves.
