I went during a weekday. Everything was great and it was cleaner than any other JcPennys I’ve been to. They weren’t much help when it came to figuring out how to purchase online and pick up at the store.

Appropriate size for Sherman not being a big city. JC penny wouldn’t be my first choice for a department store to shop at. This one in particular seems to be run down. I went in expecting to find a Sephora and it was gone.

Customer service is become almost a thing of the past these days, but I went JC Penny's today and Amanda M. was amazing went beyond great customer service !!!!! She needs a raise and they need more like her !!!!!

This place needs to either shut down or get it repaired!! It's ridiculous how many trash cans, and the order can't be healthy for those employees (and customers) I have to ask when does the city ordinance get involved. Scary place Not many GOOD options in the Sherman area!!
