A big "thank you" to Rodney Monk for helping my wife and I select a filtration system for our church's commercial ice machine. I know that sounds like a small thing, however, we had already made an online purchase that turned out to be a nightmare. Rodney was the perfect person to help us because he has experience with his own ice machine at his home. He was able to recommend exactly what we were looking for and, at the same time, saved us money. Thanks Rodney, and thanks Johnson-Burks Supply. We highly recommend you guys to anyone needing help with plumbing supplies, including bath & kitchen filters.

I went there today, after not finding what I need at three different places. The sales person was so helpful. Even though they didn't have the part, he took the extra time to tell me what I needed and even helped me look it up on Amazon. I wish I had gone there first.

I went on a 4 day tangif just trying to find a certain cutoff piece for the copper pipe. Went all over Kingdom come and I walk into the Sherman Johnson and Berks location and it took him 4 minutes to hand me th peice I needed. I'll be going there for plumbing from now on.

I was very blessed and helped by the kind guys at Johnson-Burks! They obviously deal with many contractors and big-dollar clients, but they were so patient with me and pleasant to me (a senior citizen woman.) They helped me save lots of money on plumbing services by showing me exactly what inexpensive parts I needed and just how to install them myself. Great staff at a great company!

I would just like to say that Jason deserves a raise! My wife and I met with him for the fixtures for our new home. The experience could not have been any better! It’s so refreshing to meet someone so personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was dreading going in, but, to sum it up, in one word, FANTASTIC!! Thank you so much, Jason!!

The process of building a home is always stressful but especially during COVID it has been challenging. Preston at Johnson-Burks has always provided me with great customer service and always follows up with any of my questions and or issues promptly. I would highly recommend them.

Johnson Burks staff is very friendly and professional. Jason Shields took care of helping my husband (who is legally blind veteran) and me found a garden tub. He even showed the tub to us on computer and in store which was better for my husband.
