Maddison needs to brush up on her customer service skills. She only asked for my name, dob, & if I needed a consultation. She did not say anything else. She did spend 2 minutes of complete silence flicking the top of the receipt. I wasn't sure what we were waiting for as there was zero communication happening, so I finally had to guess that she was waiting on me to insert my card. Thank goodness I finally guessed or who knows how long we would've stood there.

Worst experience ever!!! I called from the parking lot to make sure my prescription was filled, the person on the phone said it was. I got out my car and walked into the pharmacy where a white girl maybe 19-20 years old was at the counter her name was Rachel. She helped the white man infront of me with no issue. I could tell by they way she looked at me it was going to be a problem. I gave her my information and she told me that my medication was not there. I let her know I had just called and they told me it was ready. She went to the back of the pharmacy and when she returned she told me I couldn't get my medicine because she saw that I had it filled somewhere else before. This was true I was getting my medication at Walmart pharmacy but walmart no longer get my medication so I had it switched to krogers. I chose Krogerd because I could us a goodrx coupon and get the medicine at a discount. I am a single mom and I appreciate a discount whenever I come across one. Rachel walks back to the back again this time returning with who I assume is her supervisor. This lady never introduced herself and proceeded to raise her voice at me telling me I couldn't get my medicine. I had to ask the lady not to raise her voice at me. This women tried to lie about why I couldn't get my medication. Once she realized that wasn't working. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get my meds because she needed them foe someone else who is a regular customer. It is obviously racial discrimination by both women. So disappointing and terrible. They treated me so disrespectful in front of my son who's 5 and other customers. It's sad that it's 2024 and this is happening. It's even more sad that this type of behavior is something I've experienced more here then any other place I have lived. It's even more disappointing that these are the people put in positions to handle meds and that they think they have the right to deny people access to our one medication. Kroger will not relieve another dollar from me and I will be asking all of my friends to not shop at this location in sherman texas.

I will not be choosing this pharmacy for my prescriptions again. I was given a 2 hour wait for one prescription that might have taken less than minutes to prepare. These techs are a whole new level of rude. I never make my patients feel so slighted.

A young gentleman at the pharmacy named Jacob attended me and he was so helpful and kind when I had questions about some refills. It’s so nice to see these younger men be so helpful. Looking forward to me next refill just to see a lovely person like him

After requesting my prescription to be transferred due to the cost it took them 2 days to complete when I had to give them a call in regards why I haven’t received any response yet. The lady in the pharmacy is very unprofessional. I called twice letting the phone ring at least 20 times each. Finally she picked up then after getting my info she abruptly put me on hold without even telling me. I had to call back again and the phone rang for several minutes before she picked up again and put me on hold during this time the phone was disconnected on her end. Horrible customer service I see why Kroger’s pharmacy rating is 2.7 will not be using them again nor will I refer.
