Lady was very rude. She told me I had a balance to pay. I told her that was impossible since I've never used them. She replied... I'm just telling you what I see ...being really snotty about it. After pulling it up. I figured out that my Dr uses them for blood work labs... No problem...so I paid it... She then asked if I've eaten anything. I replied,I'm here for a job drug test not blood work...she then again got rude and replied how am I supposed to know that. I said I'm just letting you know I've got a reference number for you.... Through the whole process of urine sample she was rude and short with me about what to do.... I would not recommend this lab if you have a choice of where to go....

this is my go to lab! I've never had to wait and everyone here is very professional and on time. Someone sticking a needle in you is never a painless experience but they make it as minimal amount of pain as possible. Thank you!

Staff was rude and uncaring. They don't have anyone at the front desk, and have zero paitent care. They also blew my husband vein and his veins are easy to draw on, 0 out of 10 don't recommend, poor excuse for "medical professionals "

Usually good, but depends on nurse/technician you get. Ones before were great. Last one was very cocky and showed no concern for pain she caused. Never hurt like that before, the whole time during blood draw.

An I’ve been in a lot of facilities that are top notch not this place , we will never step foot in there facility.

My experience has been terrible. I submitted fecal samples to the Sherman TX location Monday, July 17. I received a phone call from the county health department on July 20 about the test results. My doctor office did not receive the report. I made two calls to Labcorp Sherman location that day to ask for assistance. They did not answer the phone or return the calls. I visited the office in person at the end of the day and explained the situation. The person at the desk spent her time arguing with me about how they don’t send test results to health departments and I must be wrong. She told me they don’t receive results at that office and finally gave me a phone number to call.The Dallas office was more helpful in explaining that the testing was not complete and that the doctor only receives final results. The person did tell me I could set up an account on their website and receive the results at the same time as the doctor.I received my test results by email Friday, July 21. I still had not heard from my doctor’s office by the end of the day on Monday, July 23. I printed the test results on Tuesday, July 24 and took them to my doctor’s office. I learned that Labcorp never emailed the results to him.By the way, I did finally receive a return phone call from the Sherman Labcorp office on Monday, July 23. The person was answering one of the messages I left on the previous Thursday. She admitted that they don’t have a set routine for checking messages or returning calls.My annoyance with the condescending attitude of staff at the Sherman office has now evolved in lack of confidence in the company.

I had a great experience. Checked in from my car. Was called in, they saw me right away. The phlebotomist was great, didn’t even feel it! The whole process from waiting to leaving took 10 minutes.

Went five different times to get labs done and the building they have the address at was roped off all lights off parking lot empty I called 31 times no one would answer so had to call the main scheduling office number the lady set me a new appointment and same thing same place note on door said office closed for maintenance no number to call was posted no sign saying how long of where to go for lab work so called back and was told they will call me with an answer as to why and where to go I have yet to hear back from them it's been two months now and I call every day at the office to see if they are open so I can get the bloodwork done my dr has wrote the thing six times now and called Labcorp mains office headquarters and was told the Sherman was open and the Sherman neurology one was open as well and because I don't see a nuro yet I can't get it done at the other location so Friday I have to drive all the way to McKinney for my labs the service sucks and people get rude when you keep calling about the same issues had the audacity to tell me I didn't know the address you're right there a Wilson N Jones how hard is it to find the damn address plus I have been to this o r multiple times with family in the past never for myself
