My tax preparation was seamless this year. Everything was communicated to me and she didnt move on to the next step without making sure I was in the know. I appreciate the professionalism and the comfortability of the office. Will for sure use again.

worst tax service provider I have ever encountered, I wont be surprised if I am a victim of credit fraud after using this sketchy facility. I will be starting litigation against this location!

Honestly just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. My appointment was at 9am, and the office supervisor didn't get there untill just after 11am. I started my tax process just for it to be interrupted by a older guy walking in complaining that he's gonna go someone else if he doesn't get started. So it only makes sense to stop me. It was a very unprofessional experience, and I will advise you to go ANYWHERE else. Save yourself all that time and go elsewhere that is professional ran and will actually care for you.
