AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS!!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped by in our way back from an event, not even from the area. Initially the lady taking our order had such an attitude, on one of my sandwiches I asked for extra lettuce. The sandwich was just thrown in the bag half closed so all the lettuce I paid extra for was everywhere in the bag. At the window they took our payment and just told us to move up when there were 0 cars behind us. We asked for our straws, napkins and condiments in the bag since they were moving us up. Simple request: ketchup, buffalo sauce, napkins and straws since they didn’t give them to us at the window initially. We got nothing. They tossed us the bag at the second window and immediately walked away, upon checking no sauce, no napkins, no straws and no ketchup. I honked to get someone’s attention after sitting there a minute or so, still nothing. I had to reverse back to the other window to ask for my stuff. Called to talk to the manager once I left since the gentleman at the window couldn’t find her. She showed zero care. They all suck here. Skip this McDonald’s and go to the next one a few exits down if you can wait a few more minutes for better service

As someone who works in food management I rarely complain I understand how things happen. But the mcdonalds crew this morning was horrible. I placed a mobile order and was gonna go through the drive thru but the line was to the street so I decided to do curbside. I waited 20 mins then got a notification that my order had been delivered ( I had not received it yet). So I went inside as soon as I walk in I hear an employee say "these curbside orders need to go they've been sitting awhile". (I ordered 3 breakfast combos) I walk up to the counter and still had to wait a few minutes, which is fine I understand you're busy, then 3 people in MANAGER shirts looked at me and walked off didn't say "we'll be right with you" or send anyone to help me and the 5 other people who were waiting. Finally the boy who was running food in the dining area came to help me. He handed me my food and I went to my car and checked the bag before I drove off. My order that had been sitting waiting for someone to bring it curbside was missing all the hashbrowns. So I went back in and told them I was missing hashbrowns a different guy got them and then tossed the bag on the counter and walked off. By the time I got my food the drive thru line had 2 cars out of the atleast 15 cars that were there when I arrived.I never have issues with lunch or dinner rush and honestly I understand peak periods but if your AVERAGE pay is $17.06/hr customer service and order accuracy should be a priority.

Highly recommend you use the mobile app. Makes it way easier to order than spewing out every single thing you want. Especially when you're ordering for more than just yourself. Less hassle for both parties, I'd assume.

Have never been to this location in Sherman but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and nice the evening staff was here. They don't ignore you and they ACTUALLY help! Shout out to this crew!

This place is awful....customer service sucks...they don't listen when you order....can't get 2 plain hamburgers right...or a McChicken with just mustard...try hiring some people of quality....y'all want 20 bucks an hour...y'all worth about 2 dollars an hour

They had a hard time getting our order together but didn't have a problem charging us for the missing food. We had to pull over to the side and go in to get the rest of our food.

We were in the area for the day, so we called ahead and found out they have the Bagel Breakfast Sandwich. We came in and it wasn't on the self-order screens. Glenda was super friendly and helpful to make sure we got our order. Their location had just barely gotten them back in the store and they wernt even on the menu yet, so no surprise, not all the staff was certain on how to make them correctly. We heard the staff talking to also make sure they were making them the right way. This trip to McDs was so much different and pleasant compared to almost every experience we have whenever we goto or UberEats order from North Arlington locations. This locations morning staff and especially Glenda deserve big Kudos and many thanks for operating a clean store with smiles and great customer service.

Poorest food quality around Bonham... Not sure as to why any member of management would allow an employee to wear a hair net affixed to just the left side of his hair... Pretty much defeats the purpose of a hair net.

It's a McDonald's...loud beeping the whole time & cold in there!Updaye: Drive thru. 2nd window person never said a word... You're welcome.I don't know what that drink was but it definitely was not Dr Pepper! Tasted like it had cleaner in it or something. Yuck!!!
