The facility was clean and inviting. The nurse assistant was wonderful as was the nurse practitioner. FNP Casey Ross was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, thorough, respectful, and attentive. She answered questions as she took time to completely explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I can't say enough about how impressed, confident, and satisfied I am with the whole experience. It is reassuring to have BSW Urgent Care in Sherman as an option that will be our go to place.”

LOL Started with a call about services and Big Mike was informative and courteous on the phone and at the front desk.
