KAJA LAB TECH AND ON THE PHONES WAS REAL NICE AND REAL GENTLE.I AM NOT A FAN OF GETTING THESE TESTS. I HATE NEEDLES. SHE WAS SO GENTLE I NEVER EVEN FELT THE INITIAL INSERT. A COUPLE OF VIAL LATER WE WERE DONE AND I SAID"THAT'S IT?" SHE SAID YEP YOUR ALL DONE.
SOMETIMES THE TECHS WIGGLE THE NEEDLE WHEN SWAPPING IN A NEW VIAL....NOT HER IT WAS SEEMS LESS. I PAID AND WAS HAPPY TO DO IT. I WILL BE COMING BACK EVERY FEW MONTHS AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT...(AS MUCH AS ONE CAN EXPECT TO). I WAITED QUITE A WHILE TO DO IT B/C I DREAD THESE PLACES. NEXT TIME I WILL JUST SCHEDULE ANT APPT. AND GET IT OVER WITH IN THE 10 MINUTE IT TAKES TO WALK IN DO THE DRAW AND PAY.
NO MORE DELAYS FOR ME SO YAY!. JAY ALSO WORKS THERE AND HELPED MY FIND A GENERAL DOCTOR ON LINE (I AM NOT REALLY THAT SAVVY ON A PHONE SO HE WAS A GREAT HELP).
I WENT TO SEE DR BAGDURE IN DURANT. SO FAR THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN REALLY NICE. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD HERE.
ALSO JAY SUGGESTED SOME ADDITIONAL TESTS FOR ME AND I GLADLY GOT THEM...I AM GLAD I DID B/C THAT WAY I DID NOT HAVE TO COME BACK IN ORDER TO GET MORE TEST TO RULE ANYTHING OUT. THANKS JAY! ;))”

“They do not do blood work apparently, but, They are so sweet. There was a mess up with my son's dr and a covid test for a procedure and they made sure I had it in time so we didn't have to reschedule. So very thankful for one of the young ladies that work there.”

“Everyone here was so nice, and they actually took us seriously and wanted to help my daughter when other places blew us off. Their rooms are nice too with smart tvs and a comfy chair to sit in. The nurse even made sure we didnt anything before his shift ended, and we appreciated the heated blankets he brought us. Will definitely be going back to them when needed in the future.”
