My brand new Kia Telleride got hit in the hail storm on 9/21/2025. I was heartbroken, as I had only made 5 car payments. Brad promised me that when I got her back that she would look brand new. Well today I got her back and she looks amazing and she even smells brand new again.
THANK YOU, BRAD and your team at National Auto Collision. I hope that I don’t need your services again, but if I do, you definitely have earned my business!!

Took my car to National Auto Collision after the recent hail storm and wow.. These guys don’t mess around! They handled everything with my insurance, got me back in my car in record time, and she looks better than ever. I didn’t have to do a thing. They took care of it all. Big shoutout to the staff at National for the top-tier service!!

Great service for my hail damage. Great at working with my insurance so I didn’t have to go back and forth.
They were very quick once they received the insurance approval. Loved the experience so much I also had them replace my windshield and repair old scratches and dings on hood.

DO NOT RECOMMEND buying cars from these people or there sons
A lot of hidden things they aren’t honest with you, tell you to meet them at the dmv in front of there shop so they can say you never meet them.
Seen a truck I really liked and talked to one of the sons on Facebook, after that we had arranged to meet at the shop to look at it.
Whenever we were there I asked him he needed to sign the title but he said it was an open title so no need to sign anything else just the back.
Well first time buyer I didn’t think anything about it till I went to the dmv , they had said it needs to be signed by the LLC owner. So I contacted the guy to his personal number and he said I don’t know and that he didn’t have it . So I got to investigating and found out he illegally title jumped the trucks title to me and now he blocks my messages and calls and went as far as blocking me on Facebook so I couldn’t find him to get in contact with him. Now I’m stuck struggling to get a hold of the LLC owner so I can get the truck in my name .
JUST BE AWARE AND CHECK YOUR TITLE
MAKE SURE ITS SIGNED BY THEM AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE
Also another thing once we were on our way back home the truck starts overheating on us due to them not installing all the parts for the trucks cooling system . So now we were stranded on the side of the road unable to contact him and a broken truck . So we just had to get it towed home to get it fixed . Another thing I didn’t plan on after buying a truck.

My car was in an accident on February 28, and once I got home, I immediately sent photos to Brad Guerrero. He responded right away and told me to bring the car in. I knew the process might take time since my vehicle is a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox, and Brad had already explained that parts availability would be a challenge.
Throughout the 55-day repair period, Brad consistently kept me updated with text messages, videos, and photos. Whenever I was nearby and dropped in, he took the time to show me the progress in person. He was always welcoming, professional, and accommodating.
Brad was phenomenal from start to finish, and his team at National Collision Center was absolutely top-notch. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, my car looks fantastic again. I highly recommend Brad and the entire National Auto Collision team to anyone in need of collision repair!

Just picked my car today from National Auto Collision in Sherman. They repaired the entire front end from a fender bender. To include a new grill,
Bumper and a paint job, among other things. Customer service was top-notch quality from beginning to end. Their communication was excellent and my car looks amazing!
