Good service, had oil changed and tire rotation and recall taken care of. Nadia called when my vehicle was ready to pick up. Only thing that could have made it 5 star is if they would have pulled my truck up. I had to wander thru the parking lot honking my horn from my key fob to find it per the Instructions of the guy that checked me out. Not a big deal but most dealerships bring your vehicle up when picking up after maintenance has been done.
I will be back again as it is a convenient location for me.

Vanguard did a very professional and
skilled job repairing the front bumper of my car. The car sat for a week after it was repaired. Hartford Insurance (my insurance) was being extremely slow approving adjustment payments. Mr. Michael Robinson of Vanguard got involved to move the process along. He sent a email to get the ball rolling. I appreciate Mr. Robinson's email in getting Hartford insurance off they're asses to finish. Without the email I still might be waiting for my car. Hartford Insurance nickel and dimed throughout the whole deal .This was some of the worst customer service I ever experienced with a insurance company.Vanguard did a great job will use them again for any car repairs.

The online sales person that shows up as Valeria Francis was extremely dismissive. I’m not easily upset however this person was just flat out insulting and rude. I live 2 hours away from that area and anticipated an online experiences to at least be somewhat professional. I know they get all kinds of stupid offers but I wasn’t going to be one of them. I’m thankful there are many more respectable dealers to deal with.
