I have never been to Pro cuts but will definitely be back! Ashton did an awesome job working with my 3 yr old son also named Ashton😉 that has major sensory issues! She was patient and went over and beyond to make sure my Baby Boy as ok!

I’ve been going there for almost 30 years and last time I went in it’s only always 2 people working. Sharon or Shannon is the one that always cuts my hair and has given me free hair cuts when manager is gone or off that day or we go to the office and chill. Last time I went in it was just me and Sharon came out went and sat where customers sit and got on her phone and the other younger lady said I have him to you and she flat out said I don’t want to and the other girl as well didn’t ask or say anything about I will cut your hair so I bluntly said is anyone going to cut my hair and they just ignored me so I walked just. Over 30 year customer gone like that. Never will I step foot in that place specially if Sharon still works there. She is so rude. Sucks no more free hair cuts. Oh and raising the price again to $22 just to cover the cost they lose from senior citizen and military discounts is a disgrace and should be illegal
Stylist: Sharon is my stylist but when I went in few days ago she came out sat down in a customer chair and got on her phone and neither of the two stylists acted like they wanted to work so I asked is anyone going to cut my hair and flat out ignored me. 30 year customer GONE!!! and raising the price, another two dollars just to cover the cost of military senior discounts is a disgrace
