Rooms are clean, front desk is efficient, location is ok.
I was head southbound on US 75 to get to the hotel. Google Maps told me to exit Lambert Rd/Taylor St, Exit 60. I couldn't negotiate the merge onto the frontage road to make the turn into the hotel parking lot because of construction traffic. For a better experience, exit Bonham / Gainsville, US 82, Exit 63.

The room size was quite good. But not very well maintained. There were marks of water leakage near curtain. The bathroom tubs edges were colored.
The breakfast was ok, all the necessary stuff. Nothing special. The pool was not clean, it looked not very well maintained. There were cigarette bits in it. There were no pool towels.
Front office can improve in their eye contact and smile at the customers. That will go a long way !

Stayed two nights. First room the bathroom lights didn't work, so I got another room. Bed and all were comfy. AC was a little loud but that's almost all hotels. The bathtub has mold in corners and the plug is corroded and not fitting for a bath. TV only worked if the front desk person came to turn it on. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was warm continental. Good for if you are just sleeping.

The hotel staff were great! 5 stars to them for sure! As well as the breakfast!
We arrived late and the TV didn't work in the room due to an internet connection issue. However, all we did was go to sleep anyways, so that really didn't matter to us.

Where do I start??? Room damp and musty. Thank goodness for double pane windows (outside pane shattered), had to turn off WiFi (my cellular plan was much faster), water stains on ceiling, no stopper in the sink, cracked tiles in the bathroom, moldy caulking in the bathtub, rusty stain on the floor behind the toilet, and worn out seat covers on the chairs in the breakfast area. I guess that pretty much sums it up.

It's hard as heck to find the parking lot at night, but it was a good place to stay.

Terrible experience with this property. They claim they accept service animals but upon arrival was told they dont recognize psychiatric service animals as service animals and refused us service. This is against the ADA and illegal. If you have a service animal I suggest you steer clear of this place.

The lobby is very nice, and the front desk service personnel were very nice. However; the rooms are a different story. To begin the room smelled humid, the ac didn't not cool as we expected. The carpet had areas that had some sort of sticky stuff. The bathroom had a little mold on the bathtub and the bathroom seem very outdated that it even looked a little dirty. The beds were very comfortable. I will not be staying there again.

We stayed here due to an early doctors appointment 2 hours from home and everything was perfect! The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is easy to find. Highly recommend!

We left an item in the room and were about 3 hours out when we realized. I called the hotel as soon as we did and they had retrieved it and had it safe in the office. When I was having problems doing my part a few days later, I called again and got Krissie. She was absolutely helpful, communicated so well, and we got our item just a few days later. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her customer service. All the staff were wonderful to work with.

Kristie at the front desk was a sweetheart, and was very accommodating to what we needed.

They tried to double bill me, I paid online and they oh it's going to another $90.00 because it was a security fee deposit. I said I don't think so I was about to walk out get a refund back and the day manager was cordial and kind and fixed it. The room ok but there was exhaust coming in from outside that will make people ill. The water was sulfur water and stinky. Bed was good. All in all we had a night rest. Next time I'm going somewhere else.
