You have to call customer service to fix any of the problems the in store people cause. You will buy a bundle and they don’t give it to you. They give you a used pos system that’s full of hair and whatever else. And will not do a thing to fix the situation. Guess they prefer you go to Aaron’s. You can’t advertise something and not provide it. I tried to work with the store that. Your DM is calling me to resolve the issue so thanks for making me have to do all that to simply get what I ordered and now have to pay for.

I am 4 days behind on a payment and it charging me for 2 weeks behind. I would pay late fees but 2 payments late fees and all what the world that not right

Everyone at this location in Sherman has been extremely easy to work with. Kind and considerate and helped me find what I was looking for. The employees and management have always been patient and friendly. Easy to work with. Easier to do business with.

When Calvin was in charge of this store this review would have been 5 stars but once Corey took over things went downhill fast. Corey is great but his staff is incompetent and plain rude. I have had issues with payment for months! We have paid on time monthly for 2 years yet they have started taking payments out way ahead of time and blowing up my phone starting on the 14th of every month when my bill is not due til the 21st. The older woman in the front when my husband went in to talk about the payments being jacked up started banging remotes on the table and saying if we don’t like it they will just send a truck out today to pick up our stuff when they have already taken this months payment. This store is outrageous and needs to be completely cleaned out from the staff and try again. Calvin would be so disappointed.

I have now had to block their phone number because they keep spam calling me asking for a "Joshua Rodriguez." I've spoken twice now, with a gentleman on the phone, telling him repeatedly that I do NOT know a Joshua Rodriguez, and have never even used a Rent A Center in my entire life, (which I literally have not.) And even still, he calls me every other day asking for this person. Apparently we have the same phone number or this "Joshua Rodriguez" individual used a bogus number to skip out on payments. Regardless, it's not my problem and it's incredibly annoying. Look, I understand they are just doing their job, but the excessive phone calls about this issue is incredibly annoying, especially since I already explained to the guy it's a wrong number and wrong person. And whoever this Joshua Rodriguez person is, I assume you are from Sherman or near this Sherman Rent A Center, if you ever see this, quit being an idiot and renting things you obviously cannot afford since you have apparently skipped your payments. ?♀️
