I went in to this place looking for a truck and when ron turned it on it had a knocking noise and the engine was idling in n out he said he never heard it before he even showed me a different truck and that had a knock as well he then told me just to forget it and just go somewhere else I really hope nobody gets these lemons from him as they are gonna cost alot more than he is asking for these vehicles

Worst place to buy a vehicle I bought a jeep and about two weeks in to owning it the rear end and clutch and bake and front brakes had to be replaced and he sold me the jeep way more than it was worth but I found that out after I had bought it when I went to try to trade it in this place is not a good place to buy a vehicle and I texted him asking what should I do and he said oh there isn’t anything I can do and just left me 2000 grand more into my jeep and bought my jeep for 8500 when there worth about 5

I recommend steering clear of this dealership for your vehicle needs. Based on my experience, their cars are not sufficiently checked and are often unreliable. They prioritize profits over customer trust and do not deliver on their commitments. I have been a customer also so that reply from them is incorrect, because the vehicle came from the Sherman lot and thats also what the bill of sale reflects.

I have been dealing with Silverado since 2010 and so far I haven't had any problems with any of the used ones I have purchased. The dealership is true to their word they have mechanics that they will refer you to that will help take a look at your car if you any problems arise If you are unable to pay your car payment all you have to do is call and make arrangements they are good about working with single households people working trying to buy a car just trying to make it.

Honestly rating a 1 star is still way too much credit to give them. Worse place ever to buy a car from. I made a payment and my car still got repoed. Not to mention they aren't willing to give my belongings back especially when there's medication involved that retain to keeping me alive. Also my house keys are in the car and now my children and I are stuck on the streets not to mention my purse and money is all the car. This is how they treat there military.
