I placed an online order and the shoes didn’t fit. The 2 girls(sales associates) at the store in Sherman Texas went above and beyond helping me exchange for a different pair!! They both were very courteous and pleasant. I will definitely be back. Thank you! Paula Strait

I am not one to normally do this but after experiencing the absolute best customer service I believe I have seen in a very long time. It must not go unnoticed. I had a horrendous experience with the store manager a few weeks ago just being absolutely rude I vowed to never try this location again. My autistic son had a “shoe emergency “ therefore I gave them another try. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!! Lacy was superb and my son has not stopped talking about her since we left the store yesterday. I am shouting from the rooftops, go see her. She definitely doesn’t lack the virtue of customer service. Even with having other customers, we still received and felt her full value for her customers. Thank you Skechers for making our day!

Their shoes are great by any measure- lightweight, comfortable, durable, and very stylish. The back to school sales, along with the tax-free weekend here in Texas, made it impossible not to take make a shopping run!
