Brian and MJ were great to work with! I had to call Sleep Number Customer Service for help in downloading the App. and my rep was excellent! She spent at least 20 minutes helping me and made sure everything worked before hanging up. Sleep Number may be one of the last great companies with excellent customer service! Thank you.

MJ is amazing. Didn't feel pressured or even rushed. My husband and I was not sure about what we were looking for. She explained everything and made the exprience so much easier and fun. I thought just laying on the bed I would just be able to get comfortable but no I literally started feeling relief of my back issues. We invested in ourselves, we will be a life time customer to this store. I recommend going to see MJ at the Sherman TX store!!

Update again I am still disputing and If I would have had a signed contract I would have known the return policy’s considering I do not I’ll continue to post reviews until this is resolved.
Update for October I am still trying to dispute the charges. We have returned all of there products and still owe them. I wish I would have never gone in this store I wish I would have read a review like mine.
Update now they have charged $1016.00 for restock and delivery fees on a product that was returned completely. This is disturbing to say the least. These people are a rip off and steal money from unsuspecting family’s. When my husband returned there $249.00 Matress protector the lady in store asked my husband if I was to scared to come up there??? Like what !!!! I was shocked no I was not scared of making a return maybe I should have been. I was to busy at work to pay there fees. BUYER BEWARE
Sleep number beds are the worst ever do not buy one. I have literally never slept so bad in my entire life. The sales people are liars!!! You will get the best night sleep as soon as you get this bed blah blah blah. 1 week no sleep and you can not start the return for 30 days ???? They say you just need to find your number blah blah blah ?the only number help I need is the one to customer service to take this bed back…. ???
Also they will not take back the adjustable frame that came in broken…. They are coming to fix it Saturday ?
Also my dog Chance has never slept with my son he really presfers us he now sleeps with him every night even the dog knows the difference funny not funny !! ?

All experiences with the purchasing of a new mattress at this location was very good. However, when we financed this mattress through the store we unknowingly signed up for a credit card and not a financial loan. This should have been disclosed from the very begining. Make me wonder what other practices are being hustled to other customers.......wasn't to happy and almost disputed the the new account showing up on my credit history.
