I’ve been coming to solar nails 2 for many years. I saw many different technicians there and all of them have done a great job. The owner is Kristine. She always greets me with a smile.. They just remodeled their salon. They have the best massage chairs I’ve ever Tried . My back feels so good.

I was over charged for my nails and toes by 23.00
The lady claiming I wanted gel on my toes.. I did not request that at all.. terrible massage . Not any where near other salons I’ve been too and completely over priced.. especially when you check out and they’ve added extra you didn't ask for.

They originally told me $80 and I said is there anyway u can go down and they said we can go to $70 and I said okay great I can do that, then after the lady had done my nails I want to pay the $70 and I put no tip but she had changed it to a $15 tip. Not to mention the lady was rude and aggressive with my hands, I called and they refused go give me the other amount back. Safe to say I won’t be going back.

I’m celebrating my birthday and my good friend wanted us to go have pedicures. I don’t live in the area so I had her pick this spot for us. The place was a bit busy but never an issue. The lady who greeted us smiled and was friendly. The chairs were comfy. Now here’s where it all went south. Looking around the place, I noticed it was very dirty. Some of the tables were not wiped down and I questioned how sanitary it was. The lady that did my feet was not very friendly. She was rushing through the whole thing. I have had pedicures before and this was by far the worst. She cut me on my big toe and pinky. I looked down and saw blood. She didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it. My feet were soaking in the water and all the nails and skin she removed was on the towel and she just shook it into the water. Disgusting. I know it’s mine, but gross. I kept thinking I just want to get out of here. It was so fast, no attention to detail. I asked for clear gel, and she just did my big toe. After we left, my feet were sore from the cuts. I ran home to put alcohol on it. Such a bad experience. Next time I’ll find the place to avoid possible infection.

I’ve never been to a salon that was so rude to the customers. They barely spoke to me while I was there, only to each other. And when I went to pay, I was looking at the charges, which I was over charged for, when I said something to the lady, she argued with me about it and tried to grab my card out of my hand and said , just pay it. I will never go there again.

I've had better. My nail dip powder-session was rushed as more customers arrived in. The end result was 'hilly' nail beds of hardened powder, when they should have been smoothed and buffed down. I should have taken a picture before I had them redone elsewhere. Three stars because they were kind workers and the environment was originally calm and relaxing. *I also made it clear I did not want my nails done at the same as the pedicure and that was not acknowledged.

Worst nails I have ever had you could see the nails brush marks, they were very rushed on them, more focused on talking to the other women then doing our nails, took my kids and me for a treat for graduation. They started popping off not a week later.

Extremely nice techs, listened to how I preferred the shape of my nails, looked at a design I wanted, and I let him do his thing. He exceeded expectations! Very clean, polite, and they aim to please. Thank y’all!

Hi guys! I made a last minute apt with Michelle, she was so kind and very professional! She took the time to ask me exactly what i wanted. Made sure i was very comfortable and extremely happy with my service. I honestly cant wait to come back in a few weeks!

I get pedicures regularly since I work in construction and take care of my feet, but this was one of the laziest experiences I’ve had. She took no consideration to work on my in grown toe nails .There was a total lack of effort; she clearly wasn’t concentrating on the task at hand. I don’t recommend this place at all. I’ve paid half the price for better service elsewhere. I’m not complaining about the cost—just the horrible service. Even when she worked on my feet, it felt like she didn’t care. Just because I’m a guy doesn’t mean I don’t have expectations. If you want a quality experience, don’t come here; there was a complete lack of effort. The last pictures are after she finished
