They can never give exactly what we ask for and they put 10”’s of product on to hide the fact that they are a butcher shop of a haircut place. Would never recommend.

Honestly I've tried going through a quiet route with this issue but have not been successful. On Aug third right before school started my family went to sports clips for a quick trim. We had three cuts, to Jr and a senior. They were rude but I get it sometimes customer service jobs suck and honestly I was just happy to get everyone in and out because they were busy. That wouldn't have been a problem. The problem arose when I got home and realized instead of 55 bucks they adjusted my charge on my card to 66. I had left a small tip, what we could afford given that my family was going through a dry spell and having to buy school supplies ect. And yeah small tips suck, but we did what we could. They tacked on 11 extra dollars to my card. They stole from me. I'm guessing because the tip was too small? Honestly I don't care what the reason was. As someone who's worked on a top based income I couldn't comprehend stealing from someone even if they tipped me .50¢
It completely broke my trust in this business we have been coming to for the past year. I reached out to Tim the owner and he said he would refund my account, then changed his mind to just give back the 11 bucks. At this point I still have yet to see that refund and honestly I don't want it. If you need to steal just to get by as a big business don't stay in business. I don't recommend going here. I don't want what happened to us to happen to anyone else because if they were dishonest with such a simple card transaction no telling what else they will do.

If you give your cell phone number you can "make an appt". Couldn't get the website to work so I did a walk in. I get there and the girl walked away when I said I didn't have an appointment. I walked away when it said 30 min wait time.

The new lady from California if I could recall her name is kristal welcome to Texas where it's hot all the time thank you you did a really good job on my hair she took her time very professional thank you it's hard to get a good haircut anywhere everybody wants $30 for a s***** haircut but you did a really good job on my hair and I appreciate it will return

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I literally just got the worst haircut I have ever gotten at this place.
DO NOT GO HERE! I'm pretty sure if I gave a child a pair of scissors and asked them to cut my hair, they could do a better job. Consider yourself warned.

Have been coming here quite a bit over the last 10 years, had a check in problem today, things got a bit strange. Don't want to describe further. Still had to wait for my son, then had to get his hair cut fixed after.
