I started searching for a Jeep about two weeks before I purchased a 2005 Wrangler X from Mario. From the beginning, he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process for an out-of-state buyer like me. This was my first used vehicle buying experience and I was very unsure of what to expect, but I was prepared for a nerve-wracking experience. However, Mario's patience and understanding was incredible. I was kept well-informed during the searching and buying process. He and Jen went above and beyond with customer service even after the purchase and followed-up for weeks to make sure I was happy. They also gave me several options to have the Jeep delivered to me out of state. The Jeep itself is a gem and checked all the boxes that I was looking for.
I highly recommend Jeep Brokers and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. They are thorough, patient, and want their buyers to be truly happy. I'm fortunate to be a part of this Jeep community.

If your looking for a down to earth husband wife team to sell your vehicle look no further. They kept me informed of customers interested in my vehicle and worked around my schedule. No pressure and very laid back. Sold in less than a month. Very pleased.

My husband and I bought a Lexus from Mario and Jennifer. This is the first time we've bought a car over the internet, sight unseen. Jennifer was very quick to get back to us on our questions and sent multiple pictures of the car. We live in NW Arkansas and the car was shipped to us. The Lexus is just as described. I bought a second hand car from Mario at the end of last year (2022). The car stopped working around 6 weeks after I purchased it. I paid $450 to fix it (oil was leaking). Around 2 weeks after this the car stopped working again and needed a lot of work doing and was unfortunately not road worthy. I was disappointed that I paid over $3000 and the car only lasted me around 2 months in total without needing a lot of work doing to it. I did contact Mario but unfortunately was met with ‘if it stops working within 4 weeks we would help but after that point we would not’. Would not recommend due to not trusting the reliability of the cars Mario sells.
