T.J. Maxx is a very clean store where customers can often find brand name items for a reasonable price. The staff do a wonderful job, are very nice, helpful, sweet, professional, and courteous. They help find everything and make the checkout process quick and easy. It is a good place to go, though it can be crowded; going earlier in the day or on a weekday is suggested. Overall, it provides a pleasantly surprising and great experience.

Chris and JeannMarie have great customer service skills, and I enjoy every time I come in here to shop. I’m a tad bit of a journal enthusiast and they always have a great selection to choose from.
