Very professional, caring and friendly staff. They have treated my husband for an infection. Dr. Stacks is very thorough with a great bedside manor. We are just moving back to the area from Allen. I am no longer worried about a place to go when we need one. They have my loyalty from now on.

So very very grateful for a thorough visit. Was treated with the utmost respect. Excellent care from the moment we walked in. The receptionist very courteous and respectful. Dr. came out for a great and asked what the visit about and the nurses who attended my needs were very thorough and all staff bedside services were absolutely to serve. A million thanks!!!

I have been here twice seeking (for what I thought was emergency) care for my son. Both experiences have been amazing! The entire staff have been fast, efficient, and extremely caring - including sweet Courtney at the front desk. They really do CARE and I just want to hug everyone in there! Trusted professionals 100%!

**Editing to add** Upon reviewing the paperwork we received after my husband was discharged we discovered the doctor put an antibiotic and Tylenol in the IV fluids administered. We were not notified of medication being given, let alone an antibiotic. Why was the doctor saying everything was fine but gave my husband an antibiotic??? This makes no sense.
My husband was feeling short of breath and lightheaded and his inhaler was expired and not helping, so we came here late at night. We were admitted fairly quickly. It went downhill from there. My husband explained he was feeling dehydrated (he was extremely thirsty and had thrown up his dinner) and was having trouble breathing and requested fluids and either oxygen or a new inhaler. After an examination the doctor said he was fine and there was nothing wrong with him. We asked if they’d just run some labs to be safe and begrudgingly they did. Since we don’t currently have insurance we had to pay cash up front, so we paid the requested $1200 to proceed with labs. I had to ask again for him to receive an IV - he was clearly anxious and upset and fluids couldn’t possibly hurt. A nurse finally brought him an inhaler after we had been there for almost an hour. Over 3 hours later…we find out his blood work shows he’s dehydrated despite the several offhanded comments made by all of the staff that he couldn’t be dehydrated. The doctor ordered a second liter of fluid at this point. We were finally sent home after a 4 hour visit. Very disappointed in the lack of care for a patient who was clearly concerned and scared about having trouble breathing and that we had to push for labs to be done to show he was indeed dehydrated for the doctor to care enough to administer fluids. I know we aren’t trained medical professionals, but if a patient is telling you that something is wrong, you don’t just dismiss them. Thankful that his condition wasn’t worse and that he finally got treatment that helped, even if we had to push to receive it.

Went in due to fetal growth restriction condition, hadn’t felt baby move and as instructed by ob I went to the ER. They knew they didn’t have a Doppler or ultrasound machine but proceeded to have me wait and fill out paperwork and then take me back and tell me they couldn’t do anything but still wanted to do vitals on me, I’m sure so they could charge me. I told them I was just going to go somewhere else and they laughed at me. Highly do not recommend coming here.

Went in on 3/12 for strep throat. Initial part of the visit went well and got in quick. Told the Dr. what I thought it was, upon oral examination he agreed. No test was administered. Offered medicinal treatment through prescription. He then also mentioned a steroid injection to help with inflammation. Waited for the injection to be administered. At no point during this visit was I advised pricing on treatments. Upon checkout they charged me $600 for a 20 minute visit and injection of steroid. I’ve been in contact with the regional administrative coordinator who assured me she would review the visit and get back to me. Initial contact with her was great, now she won’t return calls or emails to rectify this bait and switch scenario. If I had been advised of the cost difference I would have refused the injection, I was not presented with that option.

Lady at the front said it's a minimum of $215.00 without insurance to be seen. So much for "emergency" rooms. Wonder how this goes for them. never heard of EMTALA? well, hopefully a lawsuit payout will not require me to even need insurance anymore ??

Absolute best ER care in the Sherman area. Friendliest staff and most incredible nurses and doctors. They did so well with my 2 year old that needed stitches! Couldn't recommend more.

My Wife took our 2 year old here with congestion and hard cough where he could barely breathe, he threw up in the waiting room and they made them wait another hour before getting him looked at him told us everything looked fine, didn’t prescribe anything and told us to go somewhere else to get the medication. They got their $250 and told us to walk definitely not worth the visit especially when momma already tried everything at home to help and he got worse.

The nurse left me in the room for two hours freezing and put the IV in wrong so it’s painful. On top of that the doctor wasn’t really that helpful to my situation I have to leave the same way I came in with a pain from the IV. Rather go to the big hospital. They did not care for me
