STAY AWAY!!!!! I went in cause I was sick, they gave me a Covid/flu test and a steroid shot and sent me on my way. Now they’re trying to charge my insurance over $11,000 and me $1300. I will never go back to place again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Everyone here was so nice, and they actually took us seriously and wanted to help my daughter when other places blew us off. Their rooms are nice too with smart tvs and a comfy chair to sit in. The nurse even made sure we didnt anything before his shift ended, and we appreciated the heated blankets he brought us. Will definitely be going back to them when needed in the future.

Guess I have to go to an urgent care for a migraine. The nurse put the IV in how to use a smaller needle so the medicine did not come out near as fast I understand he couldn’t have made it go faster however I could’ve stayed there longer to finish my IV to make sure my migraine was gone I can’t have Tylenol or ibuprofen at least they were able to prescribe something but the pharmacy that I go to won’t be open till Monday. Hopefully I’ll be able to use a different pharmacy. I’ve had better service the times before this was the worst service that I had so I had to make my comment had to add was doctor Blake

Dr Blake has an attitude and very rude to me. Was rude to his nurses. Never again. I've had a great experience several times, but I've never been so belittled by a dr in my whole life.

Had the worst experience last night. I took my mother in for a massive boil she’s been dealing with and on antibiotics for over a week. She was visiting from out of town. Took her in to have it lanced. Whoever Dr. Blake is had the absolute rudest bed side manor. Told my mom he didn’t understand why she waited until this late at night to bother him with this. Proceeds to tell his nurses “we have an emergency boil she’s had for a week” absolutely RUDE for services WE PAID HIM TO DO!! If you want a Caring doctor that you fully have faith in do not see Dr. Blake! For the record there was not 1 single patient in this ER when we went. Highly disappointed. Drive a few more miles down if you want your loved ones properly treated and spoken to!

Big Mike, the RAD tech, Heather, Nurse Shawn, and Dr. Blake were all amazing people. I went in for stitches and everyone was so nice and we had a great time. We had a lot of laughs and an overall amazing experience. If anything happens again, I will 100% go back!

My visit to this facility was one of the best experiences I've had at an ER ever in my life. From Big Mike at the front, and Heather and Shawn in the back with Dr. Blake, this facility was friendly and fast. A thank you to all of you.

My kiddo went in with a busted eye and they refused to help him because they didn't have payment at the exact time of service and didn't take his insurance. Not a real emergency room

Dr Carter is amazing. Every time I have an emergency since I moved to Sherman I always get Dr Carter. His bedside manner is top notch. He is very knowledgeable he LISTENS to the patient and will research and test your symptoms( Xray, ct etc.) before giving you a diagnosis. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I didn’t get Dr Carter this pass week. I unfortunately got Dr Blake and his staff. The gentleman that was at the front desk when I arrived was nice and kind. It went downhill hill once my name was called to go to the back. The nurses were rude and dismissive and you can hear them gossiping about other doctors , patients and how much they hate the scheduling. ( if I knew the schedule I would only go if Dr Carter was there). As soon as my vital were taken Dr Blake walked in “listen “ to me talk about my symptoms and literally wrote a prescription without any other testing or evaluation and was going to send me home without any follow up care or referral (Dr Carter would never) . I came to the ER because I was in severe pain and to just get dismissed by the way Dr Blake did was not just unprofessional but just heartless. I had to ask him if he could provide more evidence for the diagnosis he gave me. He seemed upset that I asked and just gave me a CT Scan and sent me home. Dr Blake obviously hates it there and I hope he and the nurses on his shift find employment or get the schedule that they want so they can be happy. Maybe their bedside manner will improve. Turns out my injury was more serious than Dr Blake assumed with his “top of the line training and experience “. Turns out I have two injuries and not one and will be needing surgery. Again Dr Carter is amazing and I know that not having all the equipment to properly diagnose patients can cause a delay in treatment but Dr Carter bedside manner (and follow up calls) makes up for for the delay. Dr Blake could learn so much from him. Or at least learn not to dismiss patients or keep your bias to yourself. I don’t know if it’s a gender or race thing or if Dr Blake just did not want to work that night but please do better.

Very professional, caring and friendly staff. They have treated my husband for an infection. Dr. Stacks is very thorough with a great bedside manor. We are just moving back to the area from Allen. I am no longer worried about a place to go when we need one. They have my loyalty from now on.

So very very grateful for a thorough visit. Was treated with the utmost respect. Excellent care from the moment we walked in. The receptionist very courteous and respectful. Dr. came out for a great and asked what the visit about and the nurses who attended my needs were very thorough and all staff bedside services were absolutely to serve. A million thanks!!!

I have been here twice seeking (for what I thought was emergency) care for my son. Both experiences have been amazing! The entire staff have been fast, efficient, and extremely caring - including sweet Courtney at the front desk. They really do CARE and I just want to hug everyone in there! Trusted professionals 100%!
