Arrived a day early couldn’t drop empty till next day and pic next load up….overnight parking was on side of street…they young Queen and gentleman was very nice and friendly and polite….called the next morning about 930 to check on load it wasn’t ready….,but 1130 load was ready

Extremely slow. Don’t book your next load until you get you trailer back. I’m already 15 hrs in here and they said another 9hrs and maybe they’ll unload. If you booked this load cancel it to save your self from this a hole place.

23 hours to unload 1/2 of trailer. No contact from anyone other than me calling repeatedly. 6am appt, was told because of holiday yesterday, nobody there to unload for a few hours, and then they were doing it on priority basis and my load was not priority. Never again.

Bad place in won't go there anymore refeer is little bit low than half n they send me for the fueling for unloading nearest pump is 17 miles n they took 6 hrs for unloading

Sorry to say system is very bad they don't care about drivers time first of all they give you a phone no slip and told you park trailer in there parking area and return back and park bobtail out side. They don't give you a phone call to inform you that your load is ready and also they don't answer your phone call plz try to call again and again be careful they never give you phone call.

Good place to pickup load. Chek in with guard. And drop trailer. And 2 hrs u be out. From there. Nice shipper and nice guard shack.

I waited til my Drop Dead Time (DDT) after waiting a day and the Mexican girl at gate was a sweet heart. Very nice and let me borrow a vest. Was told my load wasn't going to be ready for another 8 hours. Dropped trailer and went to turn in my vest only to find the "alt couple" with pink and green hair doing a shift change. I've been here before and they are not enjoyable. Looks like their load will be late and I hope they catch a fine

Typical Tyson always have to wait for your load wouldn't let me drop my empty trailer until my load was ready ? limited parking about 5 bobtail spot's near the guard shack there's a dead end road out in front u can park
