I got a haircut from Ari last week and it is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I really struggle with change but wanted a big change. Went from having collar home length hair to a pixie and the cut is phenomenal. A little shorter than what I was planning but it is my new favorite haircut.

Sephora, who?? Phenomenal store with awesome management!! They really know how to take customer service to the next level. The employees are always patient and knowledgeable regarding what I need and their recommendations are on point. Will definitely be back.

Not my favorite Ulta just because it lacks the higher end brands that some of the other Ulta stores offer. But none the less everyone is always helpful and the store is always clean and cheerful.

Very disappointed in ulta in Sherman I placed an order for curbside pickup and I tried multiple times throughout the day to pick up and it kept saying unavailable. Even during the hours it was supposed to be. I ended up having to take my baby in the store and the line for order pickup they were not using. I had to wait in the full line just to check in and get my items. There’s a reason people use curbside or order pickup. Don’t offer it if you cannot honor it!

Couldn’t pay me to go back. Twice now my wife has asked a girl named Myah for help and both times she was horribly rude. This time she insinuated that nothing would suit my wife because she’s ugly or something and she should just leave. She left in tears. Worst customer service experience of our lives. Thank goodness Sephora is next door now.

I had an appointment to get my makeup done at 1pm. I checked in at 12:53. I was told they would bring me back shortly. I left at 1:25. There was no communication that they were running behind or even a time estimate. There were people walking in with fast food, standing around the counters just staring and chit chatting. Very disappointed, as this was for my own baby shower. Just went home and did my own makeup. I was not about to be late to my own shower. I will not be back. Sad, pathetic store.

Tried getting assistance to purchase foundation. Checker said someone would help me. She wouldn't leave the register to help, even though she didn't have customers.I approached an assistant who was stocking merchandise and she said she'd be right with me. she didn't come and so I tracked her down again and she said 'I told you I would help you after I finished putting these things away.' She was not happy that I interrupted her stocking.I suppose stocking merchandise is more important than paying customers.I will never go back to this store.

Terrible customer service and no product knowledge. I can't ever get assistance without having to ask multiple times where things are located or just a "what can I help you find today". I had went to the counter for assistance today because I wanted to exchange my foundation for something that would suit my skin better (I've taken recommendations 3 times now and have had to return and exchange because the product doesn't work well with my skin) I figured I would ask for help with a product I was looking for and was told it was "over there somewhere" I asked if there was any foundation left by the brand and she said "very little" and continued stocking.. I saw that someone else had the same encounter today as well and this is beyond unacceptable. I also work in the beauty industry and I've never had a good customer service experience here. This location needs to REHIRE people who want to genuinely help people and give them a good experience..I will be driving to McKinney from now on.

This is my second time walking in and the staff were actually quite helpful this time. The first time I went in was last year, and I seeminly got a lot of negative reactions for a much older lady and another women with green make up on. I dont wear a lot of make up but was needing some for my wedding back then. The more questions I asked, the more annoyed they seemed to get. Then at some point I smudged the lipstick I was testing and the older woman was content to obviously notice it, give me a long weird look, but let me walk around like that. My husband had to tell me after I'd walked around with her for a while. You'd figure they'd let a girl know that, being that they work in a make up store.I also asked for the closest legitimate cruelty free products and was shown brands like tart and bare minerals. Every time I asked for something different, they would try to guide me to even less animal friendly products.This time I went in and a nice woman I unfortunately can't remember the name of knew exactly what I ment by cruelty free, then took me to the tiny section of the store that had the closest to what I'm looking for. There was only 3 heavily picked through brands but at least she knew what I wanted and exactly where to go. I wish I knew her name. I remember she was African American with long hair but that's it. Sorry. She helped me find the best brow pencil I've ever had. Very happy with it!

Went into Purchase new makeup. Many thanks of the testers were dirty and had product spilled all over them. When I did finally find a foundation I wanted to buy, no stock and no salesperson to ask, I walked all around the store, finally gave up on that item. When I got to checkout, the line was 6-7 people deep, and 1 person at the register completing a transaction for a return and purchase using multiple gift cards. Many people just stood in line shaking their heads. When it was finally my turn, I decided to "kill 'Em with kindness" so I said hello and attempted to make conversation as she rang up my purchases. No response, no "hello" only can I get your phone number! Really! Then after an $ 80.00 purchase (could have been DOUBLE or more with some customer service!) The salesclerk thrusts a rumpled paper bag at me! WHAT! A paper lunch Sack?? really is this the best you can do? I saw another lady come back and request a fabric bag, but by this time I was done. The only reason I bought what I did at this location is I have a family wedding coming up, and didn't want to drive to McKinney and spend a whole daub Sad store, unresponsive customer service and as for the paper lunch sacks, RIDICULOUS!

Horrible customer service. There is never anyone around to help. Every time I buy makeup, I go home and it's broken or they are out of stock in store. Better to just order online.
