I just want to give a special review/shout out to Veronica. She has been very helpful with all of my issues/concerns in terms of my mail box at this location. She didn’t need to be, but she has gone above and beyond for me, given my circumstances. I truly appreciate it, especially during this difficult time for myself and my family and she’s made this part of the process very smooth so I thank you and appreciate it greatly!

Both guys working, this afternoon, were jerks: the first one made me step out of line when I was attempting to show him the return code for an Amazon package and he ignored me and started talking to the people behind me. I immediately moved to the guy next to him (who had no customers waiting). He refused to use the reinforced paper bag I wanted to mail back my second packages of items in, and he put it in a ripped Amazon plastic bag WITHOUT putting the packing list inside of it. I tried to tell him I wanted to stick the plastic bag he had just put my stuff in into the stronger paper bag. He refused, and then, he put the packing list, with all of my info, on the OUTSIDE of the package. Y’all need some better people working here. I’ve never encountered such rude and incompetent employees at this location before.

The ladies working the desk at this location are always so kind, professional and helpful. I always leave this particular location with a smile because of how well I am treated here. Thank you ladies for your great service!

Closed at 3pm on a Saturday, meaning a normal guy who ends his shift at 3pm and races over is still out of luck. You weren't open, your competitors were. UPS slop.

First off, the service has always been simple and quick. Now the 3 star part. I had a very small package for an amazon return and the return was to be boxed by me. I received what I felt was a snarky comment about not having my return boxed up. I'm sorry I did not have a padded envelope at home, but does the UPS store not package and ship things? I was willing to pay for an envelope. Maybe I clicked on the wrong return option, but why can't I pay to have my return packaged there? Either way, the employee should have been professional.

This may be the worst UPS store location I've been to. They usually only have 1 person working (slowly) with a line wrapped around or out the door. Customer service (or lack of) is very cold and apathetic. You will wait 20-30 minutes to drop something off that takes the employee less than 30 seconds to process. I also frequent another location and they seem to have a much more efficient process, never a wait, and excellent customer service. Either hire more people or retrain your employees, because this isn't working.

Make sure you check your receipt!
This has happened twice, now. I return an item, get a refund, only to get an email from Amazon a month later, saying I haven’t returned the product.
This last time, I questioned the employee when I got my receipt, because it showed two returns, not three. He said because two items were in one order, it shows only one return for those. That made sense, so I trusted it was done right.
Got an email saying they have yet to receive my return and unless it’s received by July 20, I’ll be charged… again! I’m done with this UPS store!
The employees are not friendly or professional.

I have to come to this UPS store for returns. It’s almost always UPS that I’m sent to for returns. Anytime I have to deal with one particular male employee, he is rude, cold, no customer service whatsoever completely disrespectful and argumentative. He will skip over me when I’ve already been waiting in a LONG line over at least 20 people because I don’t feel like saying my address out loud and prefer to write it down. He’s been there for years and the reviews speak for themselves. He’s just nasty. Today he decided to open his mouth while I was still in the store and tell his other coworker that I was just being difficult. Well guess what, now I will be even more difficult and now I want a refund and I will take my business somewhere else. If I have to return something and no choice but to go to my local UPS store, that will be the only reason I come back. No longer will they get my Buisness or my company’s Buisness. My assistant is a gem and such a sweetheart and that male employee treats her so poorly too. He should be fired.
