Coach Spence worked during the summer and fall with my son to help prepare him for high school powerlifting. My son was struggling with the overall technique in powerlifting. With Coach Spence's help he went from benching 315 last year to 410 this year, winning 1st place in Regions! We appreciate Coach Spence and highly recommend him and his gym!
