Kayla in the Sherman office has a very hard time doing her job, also likes to yell and hang up on customers with on going investigations because she’s there by herself. It’s alarming. I didn’t realize this is how people working for the United States postal service behaved.

Did not get none of my mail yesterday I had a signed delivery and they never knocked on my door nor rang the doorbell. If you’re having Shainne delivery you don’t just put it in the mailbox as a deliverable and expect me to pick it up and I expected a scheduled time for you to drop it back by and they never rescheduled it on multiple occasions I have had My mail this place along with my neighbors yesterday we didn’t get our W-2 and I have the email notifications on what I should have delivered that day. I have the mail that for the next day where are my W-2s at the office indeed is open till five why are they not answering the phones They’re open

Missed a package delivery on 1/16/24 due to the mail carrier deciding he didn't want to come to my door and knock and instead left the delivery notice in my mailbox, at the other end of the apartment complex. I immediately registered for redelivery on 1/17/24. It is now 1/18/24 and not only do I not have my package, but my delivery details haven't been updated and any time I call, the number immediately gets disconnected. This is the most unprofessional Post Office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At least the one in Whitesboro answers their phone and takes accountability.

It's all in the timing. I try to pick the best times of the day to mail a package that I will need customer service at the windows. This has been working for me for years now.

Poor customer service. Inquiring about getting a passport done. Employee playing a game on his phone while responding to me. Awful attitude. No help just left me standing there. Very disappointed

11/8/23 we were not home and missed our delivery for certified mail. We scheduled a redelivery which never showed up as scheduled on 11/13. We then go to the Post Office to find out they had LOST OUR MAIL. They took our information and assured they would call with information. Days went by and I continued to call daily with no luck. 11/16/23 I had the awful pleasure of speaking with the supervisor “Henry” who was hands down the rudest staff member I’ve ever dealt with. He over-talked me, was condescending and said nothing except “what do you want me to do?” I will be following up with Consumer Affairs and hope I never need anything from this rude staff. “Henry”, you showed no concern nor empathy and that’s a shame. You and your staff dropped the ball and couldn’t care less about rectifying the situation.

Lived here for 3 years now and haven't had a problem with this location. Don't know why this location has a 2.3 rating.These guys are AWESOME!!Love them! ❤️Duane, Chris, Mr. Smiley you know who you are! All great guys.

Put in a hold mail request and I guess they decided not to put it in the system so now we're missing all of our mail since we can't access the old mail box anymore. They take 0 accountability. Also put in 2 change of address forms only to receive letters saying they didn't go through and to come fill them out again, so we go and the guy says he has to have those papers. Why did the papers we received not state they needed to be brought? Get it together post office. It's extremely upsetting to be told your mail is going to be held for you so you don't have to worry about it only to be told when you go to get it that the request is nowhere in the system.
