Had my oil changed and Nadia in service honored my coupon. Thankful for her customer service. However, while waiting, I overheard a sales m.gr talking down to a salesman. Both were older but the manager talked to the salesman like he was two. I thought to myself as I watched for an explosive reaction from the salesman to his superior. I could not believe what I saw. The salesman reacted humbly. The sales manager continued to show his true colors. The salesman took it. Approximately 20 minutes later the salesman approached me and asked if I were ok or needed water? I told him I was fine and thanked him. However, I asked for the name of the tall, slender, elderly manager but guess what? The car salesman said it didn't matter. It was like water off of a ducks back. I was shocked but his response was still to remain humble. I told him that I wish I had his reaction. I was still boiling after 20 minutes had passed from him being talked down to. Obviously the man needed his job. However, this ensured me that I would never want to put my money in that horrible sales mangers pocket. I pray God makes it right for the humble salesman. Really love the service dept.Just wish they vacuumed inside the car since you pay for wash.

Posted a Bronco for sell got low balled and then harassed and told I was screwing the next buyer of my vehicle by trying to sell it so high. This the way David Richardson treats you when he cannot by your vehicle from you.

This dealership is almost a 2 hour drive from where I live so I was EXTREMELY thorough with the sales associate on every aspect of the vehicle which involved him taking videos and pics of every square inch including the date codes on the tires. I asked via text, and I quote "Ok so the price is $38k + TTL? Any other fees?" to which he replied "Correct! What time can you make it?" Because of my work schedule, and since I had been through all the details thoroughly, my wife felt comfortable to go test drive the car and make the purchase without me. When the salesperson came in with the paperwork there was an additional $4999.00! It was for their "non-negotiable" warranty. Completely misled me and wasted 4 hours of driving. Complete lack of integrity. The sales manager had the gaul to read the text back and say, well, technically when you asked "are there any other fees" he answered "correct", there are other fees... Unbelievable. Salesperson seemed like a good guy and I guess he was at the mercy of the sales manager...but who knows. Should have checked their yelp reviews before going over as they are at 3.5 as of writing this.

Vehicle was brought in for service 5 weeks ago, vehicle is still not fixed. Went to view the vehicle Saturday 8/27 to find the vehicle has extensive damage done while in the dealerships possession. The want to "touch" up the damage and call it fixed. You don't just touch up a new vehicle. Do not take your vehicle to get serviced here, we have given them every opportunity to make this right and they haven't done it.

Please don't work here. I worked here for 4 months And was treated horribly. Was constantly harassed by management and told I was messing things up daily even though I didn't know what I was really doing Joe is the only manager that ever cared and wanted to see me succeed. The general manager is a cold piece of shit and doesn't care for anyone other than himself and his money . He yelled in my face over something so small in front of everyone then got mad when I walked away because I refused to be treated less than a human being. I also bought a car from here and the process was great but I was told I'm not allowed on the property so I can't even get the free tire rotations or oil changes in my contract. Long story short, do not work here, but I would definitely buy a car from here they said my wife can come up there but that's a load of shit But hey Oh and by the way I think it's funny how so many people hate The general manger no one likes him.

NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS UNETHICAL DEALER. I'd have given them 0 stars, however you have to give these crooks at least one star to even post the message. READ BELOW AND BUYER BEWARE. In August of 2019 my wife and I purchased a used 2017 GMC Yukon Denali. As you can see in the advertisement I have included with this review the vehicle was advertised as GMC Certified Pre-Owned. During the purchase of the vehicle we were told that signing the "as is" no warranty doc had zero effect on the pre-owned warranty as this was the same as the factory warranty which the vehicle was still under. Rather we were told that this was acknowledgement that we were not purchasing an extended warranty through a third party. First problem with the vehicle was noticed shortly after getting it home. The passenger side door had clearly been repaired incorrectly and was no longer in line with the rest of the doors / panels on that side of the vehicle. Took the car back and was told that this is completely normal and within tolerance. During the process of looking at the door they damaged the rocker. Second problem with the car and much worse is the transmission...hard, knocking when shifting at low rpm's. Took the vehicle in again and once again per the Parkway way...deny any problems and offer no help. I was told the transmission was functioning as it was supposed to. At this point I said I would take the vehicle somewhere else because at least it had the Certified Pre-owned coverage. This is when the crookedness comes into full play. I was told the vehicle was not Certified Pre-owned and that I would have had to pay extra for that certification. Never during the process of purchasing this vehicle was that discussed and as you can see it was clearly advertised as CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. When I questioned this business practice as being legal or not, the manager told me that I could contact their attorneys and that this conversation was over. I would have never purchased this vehicle from Parkway had it not been covered under the Certified Pre-owned program. This sales tactic of advertising Certified Pre-owned when the vehicle is not is not only poor form, but in my opinion unethical. Unfortunately, the time and $ it would take to pursue legal recourse far outweighs the outcome. Instead, we will now purchase an extended warranty from a REPUTABLE and ETHICAL dealership. Everyone has choices when deciding whom to conduct business with and I hope this message reaches everyone and offers a pause for them to consider whether or not they want to do business with an organization that does not value honesty and has zero integrity.

I just purchased a great previously opened Toyota 4Runner at Parkway. It is a short drive from North Dallas or the surrounding area to Parkway GMC-BUICK in Sherman. Whether you are considering a great new Buick or GMC truck it is worth remembering that Parkway carries a great line of late model, previously owned cars, SUVs and trucks. TONY ALLEN was my sales person and I can say I have never been treated better not only at an auto dealership but anywhere. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all questions of my wife and I. All the good folks at Parkway were fantastic. I can tell it is part of the culture at Parkway. Why take the risk of going someplace in Dallas where you will have a bad experience. Life is too short not to make a short drive. Call Tony and you will be glad you did.

Yeah. Watch yourself around these guys. Tried to convince me that a 2011 F350 with 235k miles was worth $30k. It had dents on every panel and a non working tailgate. Same year truck for sale on Facebook with 135k miles only $16k. Bluebook for this vehicle was $12k. Kelly Blue book instant offer was $13,110 I listened to the salesman tell the same story about buying a dog, to two different groups. But he changed it up to keep it fresh. I won't buy used or new from dishonest people.

Awesome customer service. Whenever I come I'm treated so well and the staff always seem to make sure I have all that I need even if it's a ride or water. The only thing the wait is usually pretty long even if I'm just getting an oil change, but the staff is so amazing I don't mind.

I drove 45 minutes to this dealership after I called on an ad for a new Buick. It was one of those ads that you think is to good to be true ! Well guess what it wasn't and I have a new car. Dave Bryson was my salesman and was so knowledgeable about all the cars and he sold it to me for the exact price he told me on the phone. First time I'm leaving with a new car and no gap insurance. Best deal ever with no hassle or high pressure sales!!!

Was looking for a Used truck for a good friend of mine and we found a great selection at Parkway. Not only did they have over 30 used trucks in stock but the salesperson was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend looking for your next vehicle here.
