My wife has been waiting for over a week for this pharmacy to fill her prescription and they can never give her a concrete answer on when it'll be ready - we've never had this issue with any other Walgreens until we started to use this one after moving.

I am forced to go to this pharmacy and every 3 months I have the same problems. I can't get my medicine on time and I'm constantly lied to. Last time I was told they can't automatically order name brand medication even though that's what my provider ordered. So I got my provider to put no substitutions on the order to fix the issue. When they refilled it they tried to refill the off brand again even with the new order. I called and got it fixed but I shouldn't have even had to do that. Then I called today at 4:38 and was told by Kristi that my prescription was delivered on the truck this morning and that it would take a couple minutes to fill it. I asked if I could pick it up today and she said yes. I showed up at 5:30 and spoke to kristi again at the window. This time she told me it isn't ready and they don't have the medicine. I told her I called before I even left and was told it was. She went and got John the pharmacist who told me that they don't have it. I explained I just called and he ignored me and asked if I wanted the generic. I told him no i want the medicine my provider ordered. He said it would be here Wednesday and hung up the phone at the windows. Every 3 months I don't get my medicine on time and suffer the side effects. Absolutely worst pharmacy in the area and I would never come here if my insurance didn't make me.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Every 3 months they cannot seem to get my medicine no matter how early I get the refill. Every single time I go without medicine for at least a week. They are absolutely no help when you talk to them on the phone. Send your long term medicines somewhere else, otherwise you will never get your medicine.

Bring a lawn chair if you are picking up a prescription. Pharmacist called for help with the long lines. However, the employee walked all the way back to the pharmacy, just to tell him she was on lunch and wouldn’t be available for 20 minutes. Then walked all the way back to the front office, walking past the long line of customers waiting.

I love the staff at this Walgreens but not the pharmacy. There's a lack of basic knowledge here. Not helpful. I got one of the prescriptions I needed but I won't be back. Who has the best pharmacy in Sherman? I've yet to find an acceptable one.

This pharmacy has completely changed 100 percent since the last time me and my wife had to experience it. The people were so nice and helpful and actually wanted to get you your medication as quickly as possible and weren’t seeming like it was an inconvenience to them at all. All the staff that was there this visit were incredible, and I know y’all see the other reviews but it’s changed in my opinion way for the better. Whoever was working up here on Monday the 9/11/23 after 6 pm all of y’all were great and deserve all the praise and hours y’all want. Thank you.

thought I was picking up 90 supply of my insulin.... was given a 30 day supply due to insurance issues. not once did anybody say that it was only a 30 day supply for 3 times what I pay at other locations. Had I been informed before I paid them I could've my time and money. They definitely need to improve their communication with their customers. If you try to call them regarding a prescription you will be placed on hold, then your call will be answered by a call center somewhere else and if you actually need to talk to your pharmacist you will have to be put on hold again until they can answer the phone at the actual location. Very Disappointed

The pharmacy wait time is absurd. They typically have 1 person working both the drive through window and inside counter. I wait over an hour 1/2 in the lines to pick up a prescription. This is why I will be switch pharmacy. This line hasn’t move in and hour in the photo below. There’s only 2 cars in front of me
