1:30 pm & all the inside windows were closed & the drive-thru was backed up into the street with no movement. Why? And this isn't for the first time or even second that they've been closed when they were suppose to be open. I've had other problems with them about my medications. I'm going to try AGAIN today to pick-up this one last Rx then move my business elsewhere.

Manager is RUDE. Gave me attitude because the employee did not fill the prescriptions right. Then gave me 2 out of the 3 medications I needed WRONG. Will not do anything about it and will not fix it. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will NEVER use Wal-Mart Pharmacy again!

Never had any issues at this pharmacy EVER. I get my prescriptions here as well as my kids for years, until today. I was called by Melissa, she informed me she wouldn’t be refilling my prescription for my inhaler & insisted that I just “go get another from my doctor” even tho I had already done this not even a month ago & my inhaler was was out. Melissa not only refused to help me but argued with me & hung up on me several times. She had no explanation for why she was was so hostile when she called me or for why she was so unhelpful in resolving the issue. After being hung up on several times, I had to go in-person just to see about getting my script sent to another pharmacy. I was offered no apology & my script was still not filled for something that I NEED & that I pay for. Not surprised at all with the other reviews saying the same. Won’t be returning.

Why is the inside window not open? The wait is ridiculous. If my child didn't need it now after leaving doctors office I would transfer elsewhere. The wait is way to long

Generally have never had a problem with service, but lately it's like the medication has taken longer to fill, where it used to be early. It seems like they need more hands on deck. Corporations seem to stretch their dollars on how little staff they can work with and it's not fair to the workers/customers. Maybe the ceo and higher ups need to cut their bonuses and help the folks lower on the pyramid.

Oral liquid medication received with NO syringe. I was told they didn’t have the correct size syringe, but they had included a small one which would have been totally fine. Now I’m driving around trying to find something I can use to measure and administer my child’s antibiotics. Thanks for nothing!

Guy that answered the phone was extremely rude even before I even asked him anything, he also put me on hold for 10 mins, then when I asked if my medication was ready he told me no, I then asked him to go ahead and refill because I’m almost out and he told me doctor had to contact them... I had several refills left on my medication. I’m never using them again, apparently no one wants to do their job anymore. So I’ll switch to a small town pharmacy with better people skills ☺️

This is by far my favorite location. It's always clean and never super busy. I like being able to get what I need quickly and not have to walk around a big crowded store. It's all self-checkout too, which is something I personally prefer!
