thought I was picking up 90 supply of my insulin.... was given a 30 day supply due to insurance issues. not once did anybody say that it was only a 30 day supply for 3 times what I pay at other locations. Had I been informed before I paid them I could've my time and money. They definitely need to improve their communication with their customers. If you try to call them regarding a prescription you will be placed on hold, then your call will be answered by a call center somewhere else and if you actually need to talk to your pharmacist you will have to be put on hold again until they can answer the phone at the actual location. Very Disappointed

This is the absolute worst for Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They take forever to fill up prescription. I called him seven times to check on my prescriptions they told me one would be short so I waited until the next day when he came in I called and spoke with the pharmacist a Mr. Nickson he assured me that he would have my prescriptions ready by 3 that afternoon I showed up at 4 and all of them were ready except for one and they said Not only was it not ready and I didn't have me a partial but that I had not gotten the okay from the physician I called the doctor and the nurse said she has sent it in three times I got the total run around as to why I didn't get on my medicine the boy that was waiting on me was condescending and somewhat rude I told him that gas was now $5 a gallon I lived in the country a long way to drive and they have assured me that it would be ready now I have to make another trip back up here tomorrow and he proceeded to tell me about he had to drive into work so he understood about gas prices. But he was getting paid to come into work I did not get paid to come up and pick up my meds. Then I arrive today to pick up my medicine and I went through the the one drive-thru line if they have and they were giving a lady in front of me and her four children covid test while she waited in line gas is $5 a gallon she should have moved off of the line and allowed someone else to go up and get their stuff but she sit there and did all for those covid test while everybody in line waited on her why are these coaches being given in the one-lane that they have a drive-thru. And I'm a little nervous that I have to come in behind her not knowing whether or not she has covid and they're going to put my stuff in the very drawer that they put her covid test and she touched her hand on I'm a little uncomfortable with it I think it should be a different procedure to handle covid test. I will be changing my Pharmacy. My sister has Walgreens what she lives and she loves them so I'm guessing you did it's not Walgreens entity it is the people who run the Walgreens in Sherman on Texoma Parkway. Most times there is one person waiting on the window and the drive-thru at the same time which makes you have to wait a really long time to pick your medicine up and if you call they tell you your medicines ready be prepared to sit in the chair and wait for at least 30 to 45 minutes to an hour for them to fill the medicine that they have yet to feel even though they told you it was done. Absolute worst pharmacy around this area.

Place was clean. I just stopped by to use the restroom though. When i walked over to the bathroom, there was a sign that said "Restroom available upon request" so i went to go find an employee. I came across Gerri, and said "excuse me, who can i get permission to use the bathroom from?" She looked me up and down and said "No, you just go in." Pretty rude if you ask me.

3 hours for a covid test. Ridiculous 7 cars in front of me took 3 hours to get through. CVS is a much better option. It's so hard to understand understaffing for the holidays it's either pure ineptitude or being cheap on Walgreens part.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Scheduled ahead for my covid booster and flu vaccine. Waiting over 40min and counting... takes forever for RX pickups, staff are unhelpful. Time to find a new pharmacy.

We called in a pharmacy order at 11:00am in advance time. And we arrive there at 4:00pm and they say it's still not done and for me to go inside to wait for it. They rudely claimed they were "too busy", what the actual heck. Do not recommend at all. Not friendly nor fast whatsoever.

Mercy, THE PHARMACIST is the rudest employee ever! I called my regular Walgreens in Red Oak, TX, to see about having my meds transferred to Sherman, TX. The Red Oak location advised me to call the Sherman location and have them pull up my name and see which meds were just filled. Okay, pretty simple, I thought. WRONG! Mercy THE PHARMACIST, told me I needed to know the name of the medications involved. I advised her that the Red Oak location told me she could pull them up and see which ones were just filled. Mercy told me, "I AM THE PHARMACIST, and I am telling you THEY are WRONG! She said, "YOU call and find out which prescriptions you need refilled." HmmmmmI replied, "unfortunately I am not doing your job for you." Mercy replied, "It's not my job!!!" And HUNG UP ON ME! No goodbye, no KMA, no good luck!Just hung up!I was not at home, I didn't have my meds with me. But my anxiety went through the roof! I will be reporting her unprofessional attitude to the State Board of Pharmacy. This is second time I have tried to use this pharmacy. I previously left a tip about the rude pharmacy. I hope Walgreens in Sherman was recording the phone call 05-08-20 @ 9:45 this morning. My daughter who lives in Sherman, when I told her about this incident, she said, they are ALWAYS rude in the pharmacy. And she said she changed to CVS. Slowest pharmacy in the WORLD!! I witnessed one pharmacy assistant turn her back on a customer because they were not listening to her. Maybe this place would run more efficiently if the employees acted more like adults!

This is the worst and worst retail store I've ever seen!none of them! I just ask cashier about check for more item I wanna buy, she said I don't know even I don't know pick up, I was tell her pick up and told her my name....supervisor if know that they Have to training you worker!

Worse Walgreens I have been to they are slow and take forever through drive thru but can go inside and get meds filled. Went to pic of meds that were called in yesterday 10/15 they told me it was still pending on insurance I said it's been 24hrs for it pending then all of a sudden the pill went through.

I called Mike the Store Manager to give Yvette who helped me this morning a pat on the back for her great customer service. Mike was very thoughtful and professional, I feel the store has taken first place for our families needs moving forward. Thanks Mike and Yvette
