“Needed a new pair of boots today and Jesse did a wonderful job helping me every step of the way! He was the first to greet me and offer help, if needed. He brought out comfy socks for trying out boots, shared his input without and personal experience with the boots, and helped me box them up after I found the perfect pair. The check out process was speedy and shared info for breaking in my boots and caring for them. Great kid with a customer-first work ethic! Keep this kid around because he’s doing great things for Boot Barn! Will definitely be back again soon after such a pleasant experience!”
