He brought out comfy socks for trying out boots, shared his input without and personal experience with the boots, and helped me box them up after I found the perfect pair. The check out process was speedy and shared info for breaking in my boots and caring for them. Great kid with a customer-first work ethic! Keep this kid around because he’s doing great things for Boot Barn! Will definitely be back again soon after such a pleasant experience!”
