I have had this storage for almost 15 years. And has never had an issue. Access to the site is easy and making payment online is very convenient.

Increase in monthly rental goes up and I am surprised when it happens, I just wish there were better form of communication for that. Otherwise easy to reach when needed

I accidentally got a drive up instead of climate controlled storage unit (my fault for doing the ordering myself lol) so I called to get it fixed and they were great with helping. Storage unit was as expected and clean. 😊

I've had a unit or more here for last 6 years. Only complaint no camera down middle of building from office to cemetery, so one time it was broken into couldn't file complaint cause no proof what was taken exactly. It is a 10x20x8 full.

They lied to me on multiple occasions they gave us a storage unit full of ants so we had to deep clean it before we even put our stuff in all of my daughters clothes were covered in mold when we moved our stuff out and it was climate control I feel really taken advantage of my heart is broke I had to throw all my daughters newborn clothes away
