I just came here after sitting at modica brothers for almost 2 hours. Modica quoted me almost $2000 for additional work they wanted to do when I only showed up for a tire patch. I was so emotional and overwhelmed to the point I was crying finding out I needed two new tires plus all the other work they wanted me to get done and my mom recommended I take my car to epic.
I asked Modica to put my tires back on and drove over to epic. Hector let me know he had two new tires he could put on for me. I told him what I experienced at Modica and he told me he would take care of me! I got a wonderful price on two new back tires and Hector was so nice and welcoming. I couldn’t help but cry again because Hector took care of me and helped me replace my tires without breaking the bank. I couldnt recommend this place more. You can tell Hector values his customers over a quick buck and that goes a long way in a successful business! They have earned a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you so much Hector. You turned my whole day around.

Got there soon after they opened and was told they were too “busy” and to come back later in the day. I was the only person there.. so I took my business elsewhere.

I had a bad blow out on my horse trailer and nobody was open i went to epic and Hector helped me out they are great guys and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs tires . Thanks Hector you saved my butt today

Hector and his guys are great! They are honest, hard working and respectful men. I hated the tires I had on my truck and he was able to get me brand new tires at an affordable price and installed them while I was on my lunch break from work. They work fast and efficiently and included the mounting and balancing. A a woman I never felt taken advantage of and I love my new tires and they didn't cost me an arm and a leg, other local places wanted two times the price for the same work and service. I will definitely be back when it's time for tires on our other truck!
