Gus completely scammed me this morning. I brought a tire that was plugged to him and asked him to check and make sure it wasn’t leaking. He took it off said it was leaking asked me if I wanted it patched. I said yes. 45 min later he said he couldn’t it was bad I said I drove on it here from north of town he said I don’t see how. He sabotaged my tire. He claimed he was working on another vehicle but I was watching him and he or his coworker never moved. I couldn’t see what they were doing but they stayed in the spot with the tire the whole time. It’s whatever I’m not going to dwell on it but yeah he scammed me

They came through absolutely on top Saturday morning a friend blew a tire couldn't find the size anywhere Gus had it put on mount and balance 60 bucks absolutely great service

Called Gus's tire shop to get a price on 2 tires. When I got there the price went up 40$ difference from what was discussed on the phone. Then the gentlemen called me a liar when asked about the price change. After I left the shop I stopped to check tire pressure, that's when I realized he put the wrong size tire on the front of my car. A 1.5 inch difference in height to all the other tires. Typical backwoods bull crap. Don't trust these people with your vehicle. They are very shady.

Very unprofessional customer service. Lied on multiple occasions about work that he did not do on the vehicle. When we came in to get tires done they were shaking the car (they did not remove the original weights prior to attempting to balance). Was told to drive on them over the weekend and come back in on a Monday and they would replace or fix free of charge. When Monday came around gus went back on his statement and refused to replace them. Rebalanced them but then recharged again. Gave us a credit to use for future work but now is deducting more work that he did not do off that credit. I tried to speak with him about the issues but he did not want to discuss them. So my wife tried to speak with him , and he spent the whole conversation talking down to her instead. We will never be bringing any of our vehicles here again.

I've been here on 3 seperate occasions. No complaints. If you want quick service and need to go the cheaper route and purchase used tires. This is the place.

My wife went to him for a tire. one of the workers put the tire on and messed up the luggnuts . they had it so tight that I couldn't get it off to change the breaks. try to use a 1050 impack tools would not even budge it .had to have the luggnuts and studs change and one of them never was put back on. I would not use him he will stick it to you and not back any thing. So for you safety and others don't waste your time and money. I took the car to another tire shop and they struggled to get it off . That when they discovered that the studs was badly damaged. Just wanted to come on here and save others a headache and money. Several people says that they had bad experience there also. so if you use him do it at you own risk. Good luck.

I needed a patch on my rear driver's side tire as I had gotten a roofing tack in my tire. My dad had bought me new tires at Walmart last yr for Christmas and paid extra for rd hazard. Well he didn't buy them all the same day and last time I got my tires rotated they told me he only got rd hazard on 3 of the tires. So he gave me $20 in case they tried to say it was the one not covered, that would cover the patch. Well, I went by after work and they didn't have a wait for once. I parked gave the young guy my keys and went inside and waited. Well, a little time goes by and he comes in and tells me that they can't patch the tire because of where the nail is. I say fine I have rd hazard, that should cover the replacement. That's when the guy started saying that rd hazard has good features but it doesn't cover everything and that I've used a certain amt of tread so I'm only gonna get so much toward a new car. I tell the guy just to come back with a price, my dad gave me $20 hopefully it's not more than that. He tells me oh its gonna be more than that...he comes back with like $100 Including mounting and all that. I was like my dad paid around $100 for the tire, I started getting suspicious and tried to call my dad but he didn't answer. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me being a woman usually but today I was. I kindly told the guy to just put the tire back on, and I'd let my dad come handle it. He could put my spare on and bring the tire himself up here to get fixed. I'm glad I left because me dad said their isn't a reason in the world they couldn't patch that tire. He said to meet him at Gus's in the morning and he'd have hi.e look at it. Got to Gus's for 9am and was leaving by 9:20 with my patched tire that cost $20. Thank you Gus for helping me out with my tire. We'll be using u from now on.
