My oldest daughter was able to purchase her first new car this past week. We were previous customers of the dealership. Michael Arsenault was the team member that assisted her and he was great to work with. The entire process was extremely smooth and probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I have even had. Definitely recommend working with him and this dealership if you are in the market for a Kia.

Everyone was very nice and helpful..
Although I was told by Kia I needed a front-end alignment . I brought my car in to have it done and was told it was not needed because they put it on the machine.
It makes me wonder if everyone is knowledgeable. But everyone is very nice.

Super friendly, excellent customer service. Was told there might be a wait due to being short staffed ahead of time and made sure I wanted to go ahead with the service. Service was completed is less time than was quoted and received a free car wash.

The whole experience was fantastic! Karly and Chris were truly amazing! I was in and out of there in no time at all. Most places you spend all day in there, and do not come out happy at all. Happy Kia in Silsbee is the best! Their name says it all! You do come out happy! It took 30 minutes! When I got there Karly had everything already ready! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend happy Kia in Silsbee! Ask for Karly! She is truly amazing at what she does! The general manger Chris was absolutely fantastic. They both were a god send!

Service was very slow, my car was there for 7 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 KIA recalls, was told when I dropped the car off that it would be 2 hours. The service guy was a little rude when asked why it took so long when I picked my car up.

I am very satisfied with the Happy Kia service center. They completed the repairs and open recalls just as expected. They communicated well beforehand about what work would be done and how much it would cost. Upon agreement they did the work in a timely manner and kept me updated. Jeanna deserves special recognition. She kept me informed and raised good questions to help me make the best, not the most expensive, decisions about the repairs. If I need repairs in the future, I will return to them with confidence.
