I've been using Kent's for longer than I can remember & they have always done an amazing job on my truck! Always good customer service, always kept me up to date about my repairs, always gave my truck back looking amazing when the job was done! Kent’s Collision was great again today. I’ve used them for 30 years now and they have always done excellent work. Today I just stopped in to see about the LT emblem on my suburban. It has been melting for a year now. I don’t have before pictures, but here is the after picture. You can’t tell it was ever there. I opted out of getting it replaced. I am so very pleased with their service. Not to mention, lately I drive from Rosepine La to use them. I always will.

I took my car to Kent's Collision to have a rear light assembly installed. I informed the shop manager that I had other repairs that I needed to do but would have to wait until another time to do so . The shop manager recognized my financial hardship without my telling him about it. Not only did he install my rear light assembly, but he also installed my right front turn signal and repaired a fuel leak related to my fuel pressure regulator. When he completed the work he indicated for me to pay whatever I could afford. I explained that I really had no idea how much to pay and he suggested $20. I thanked him and mentioned that I was unemployed and struggling a little bit. He offered me the $20 back but I could not leave his shop without giving some compensation for his time and work. I highly recommend Kent's Collision for any auto body repairs you might need. They are truly a fair and honest business that went above and beyond to help me. They are good Stewards of the community and deserve your business.

Not only did they refuse to adjust rates based on insurance payout but they also agreed to do the work and never discussed their premium in rates until I was ready to pick my vehicle up at which time they informed me that I could pay the difference out of pocket and take it up with my insurance. I also noticed that after having replaced the front bumper, the plastic inserts below the fog lights were reused from the old bumper and still had minor defects in them. The damage remaining is not a major issue for me but taken into account with a total lack of communication regarding rates and issues that they were having with insurance before passing said charges on to their customer, I would not recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
