“This was by FAR the best experience I've had amont multiple verizon stores and even other cell phone carrier locations. The ladies working today were extremely helpful, friendly, saved me a little money along the way, and got me back in business both quickly and painlessly. Rachel helped me and made it as painless as it could possibly be and her co-pilot was friendly and helpful as well. My phone (no warranty, and uninsured 🙄) decided to stop realzing it had a sim card. They troubleshot it as best as could be done, and ultimately the device failed and couldnt be helped. I upgraded 1 model, with minimal money exchanged, and had a working phone back in my hand quickly with all my stuff transferred. I'll not be utilizing a different location in the future. Thank y'all!”

“Best customer experience ever. I was driving through Texas when my phone died and I had to make a stop in a town I’ve never been, to get a new phone. Lyndsey was so helpful and friendly. She took my stress level from 10 to 0 as soon as she introduced herself. Thanks girl!”

“Prisalla was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Great experience from both of the associates that were there. Dex may have been the other associate. Upon my arrival it was just Priscilla. She greeted me promptly and handled both other walk ins and phone calls while being very attentive to me. Overall great experience”
