Excellent experience with both telephone conversations and dropping off a package. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice atmosphere.
IMHO, the ratings should be much higher. Obviously, there's some pathetic people out there who look for the most petty excuses to throw out (in most cases) unwarranted negative reviews.
