Blue compass in Silsbee,TX is a great place to get your RV serviced. I am from northern NY and travel south during the winter. I have taken my RV there twice and Willie has treated me very well. Since I live in my RVhe has been able to fix my rv problems the same day I brought it in. He treats me with respect as do all the technicians I have come in contact with. I highly recommend this shop for rv repair.

Purchase 2025 jayco at vidor location less than 30 days of owing WATER was leaking from bathroom area bad..NEVER received a callback from Vidor location. Willie Cox North Beaumont Silsbee location answered the phone thankful job was completed less than 3 days Top Quality guy that can get the issues with Travel Trailers done.Thanks Willie Cox

Took our RV to Blue Compass Silsbee for a warranty issue with the roof. We told them when our trip was for Thanksgiving and they said they would try their best to get it ready by then. The problem took some creative engineering and special attention and Robbie Sherrod and his crew came through. Can’t even tell that there was ever an issue. Deanna kept us informed and the RV was ready the day we requested. Outstanding professional service! Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful! The manager emailed the address and information for delivery, and was present and very helpful. The guy running the forklift didn't just sit on his machine and wait, he was right there with me helping me offload, and put the tanks and Jacks on. The gal that was checking in the units was very fast and efficient. Great place. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to come back. Thank you.

sabrina helped me figure out what i was looking for and what i needed as a worker, who will be staying in a camper for a while, she was very nice and understanding on what i wanted and not forcing me to look at the most expensive campers they had.

I picked my rv tech and the tech was very thorough with the walk through, I have been raving for about 11 years , so feel I have a pretty good knowledge but learned a few new things. He installed a new weight distribution hitch when I got home I could not get it to disconnect from the truck, I tried everything I could think of including jacking it up after opening the hitch to disconnect and jumping in back of truck. I never had an electric jack. I called them to see if a tech could recommend anything. Jorden called me back quickly and gave me detailed recommendations and it worked, think I just did not put enough of bind on jack he said that I would be able to tell if I was putting to much of a load on the jack. I have to give the service department 5 stars because they cared and did a fine job.

We have had nothing but the BEST service from our service advisor, Willy Cox. He has handled our insurance and warranty repairs and has gone above and beyond when we needed service for our camper and motor home. He kept us informed throughout the process while our repairs were being done. Willy is an honest, dependable and all around great guy! Highly recommend!

08/09/24 Quick review for the Blue Compass Silsby location service department we recently purchased a new grand design travel trailer we have had multiple problems with the camper however Mr Willie Cox in the service department has helped us each step of the way. He has great customer service and goes over and above to assist us with having our challenges fixed. Now Grand Design Travel Trailer Mav27 jury is still out disappointed in the things that have already broken or not worked properly. I hope once we get past all these bubbles our review of the Grand design brand can change. For now I can recommend Blue Compass service department.

Used their maintenence department several times. The best! Camping World screwed us on our RV from the get go. We will never use that place again. Blue Compass is taking over! Great work!

I had problems with slide out and I called Willy in Silsbee, tx. I told him my problem and he said , bring my RV to his shop in the morning. He said my RV would be ready in 5 days. It was ready in 2 days. Same problem 2 weeks later. Willy said to bring my RV in that evening. It was a pinched wire. 2 days later he called and said RV was ready. RV had minor damage on body. They fixed that ,at no charge because I had to make 2 trips for same problem. Now that's customer service. Thanks Willy and Blue Compas.

Today is May 22nd 2024. And I think I believe I could be wrong but as far as I know COVID is over. Why the heck do you have a sign up there that says we are social distancing.
You guys have a huge store under nothing in there what a waste of real estate.

We had a horrible hail storm that had done major damage to our 5th wheel. I called the very next day, they had me bring in trailer to get out of the weather. Mr Willie Cox was very professional and knowledgeable with all my crazy questions and concerns. He kept me inform of what was taking place with our trailer. I have even called about other issues and he would help me figure out what was going on with trailer. I recommend my friends to take their trailer to him and Blue Compass Rv in Silsbee TX.

Blue Compass Rv Silsbee Texas has the best service department. I have had rv's and motorhomes for 50 plus years and have had to use Rv service departments all over the United States. Mr Cox and his technicians are professional and they know their stuff. When you leave there you know everything
is done right and you feel safe.I recommend this service department highly. Who knows they might even give you a laugh, friendly staff and they will not over charge you Thank service manager Willie Cox. Sincerely James

Brought my trailer in for an estimate for insurance company. Had every intention on having them handle the repairs. Things took a turn when the service manager and my service rep told me they were not going to repair some of the damage as they can’t but were just going to cover it up. Had I not been here for the inspection I would’ve never known. Came back up here to check on something before it got moved to a qualified shop and found my blinds pinched between the fireplace and and click causing damage to the carpet. Blinds were damaged in the accident. Service guy said to turn the carpet into the insurance company but he damaged it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
