I took my car in for assessment and repair. I had an appointment for 8am in the morning and they asked me to bring it the night before. I did that, and expected to get a call at least by the afternoon of the day I had the appointment. It took me calling them a few days later to get any answers. Then after I gave the go ahead to fix it, I didn’t get my car back for almost 3 weeks. I would call and leave voicemails and if I got a call back it would be a day or two later. I was given 3 different quotes and every time it was higher. When I finally got my car back and I got home there was a vape package in one of my back cup holders. I don’t vape nor does anyone that rides in my car. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and was not made a priority. I will not buy a car from this dealership or take my car back for maintenance. They lost my business and anyone I come in contact with will hear about my bad experience.

After a leaky sunroof caused massive mold and mildew ultimately totaling my Explorer the folks at Silsbee Ford evaluated the cause and were helpful in making the experience as painless as possible. The service manager was very friendly. Thank you folks.
